When I checked into my Room , I tripped on standing water from 3 days earlier . I re injured my finger because of my fall catching myself. The owner said the water leaked 3 days earlier. I am 71. I have dementia. I had stayed here before.
It was clean and met all my needs

The standing water could had cost me more than my injury because they allowed this room to be rented. A large dog barking in the room next to mine Otherwise. Was my favorite place to stay while visiting in Florence

bed was good, wifi. There was an RV parked next door whose window looked into my back window so I had to keep Curtain half closed. unfortunate because it overlooked a nice grassy field, but construction workers behind building kept going by window anyway

front desk asked for ID for my service dog.I have service dogs for epilepsy for 23 years.There isn't a national registry.People buy false ids online which makes it harder for those of us who do have disabilities.Staff training needed. no vests or id req'd
