The location was good.

There is no elevator. Being on the second floor with a mobility disability was a challenge. We had one bath towel? We were told that was what you get in a king room. I did get more towels after an exchange with two males at the front desk.

The breakfast was pretty alright. Water pressure was nice for shower.

Dirty room, hard as a rock bed, grungy carpet throughout hotel, no elevator, broken toilet seat, broken soap dispenser in shower. Way overpriced for what you get.

need to update access to electrical outlets and add USB ports housekeeping standarized possible rotation of mattress to allow even usage no lower levels in certain sections suggest placing family with childen on main floor - not 2nd floor

Staff and breakfast.

Needs a lot of maintenance and some deep cleaning. Holes in ceiling. Dried something on wall in bathroom. Mold stained pillow cases. Rip in bedskirt. Chair fabric peeling. It is not a pool. It has an oversized hot tub.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was great. Lots of choices.

The bathroom shower had soap,shampoo and conditioner dispenser s which were empty. The coffee machine didn't have coffee and didn't work

The room smelled of cleaner. The bathroom smelled of urine. There were small pieces of trash on the floor.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. We tossed and turned without much sleep. There was also mold stains in shower caulking.

Staff was fabulous, clean room comfortable bed!

Our room was huge, clean, & comfortable.

That I had a bed and a shower.

They didn¿t have a working phone in the room, none of the ice machines worked, it said online they had a pool and they only had a hot tub that didn¿t work and my room had a dirty butter knife next to one of the beds on the floor.

Very little positive to share about this property. Location and Exterior was good.

Almost unbelievable çondition for a BW. Landing/stairs dirty & stained. In room, sticky carpet led me to look closer - found french fry; 1 kleenex in box; fixed shower soap dispenser; tried to call office-phone didn't work. COVID has been tough, but this?

Hotel employee was super nice on the phone and he was very helpful. Hotel employee was also helpful and tolerant of my many requests. There is a store and dinner places right across the street. That was nice.

Remote control seemed to only go up in channels and not down which made watching TV a pain. I didn't have a TV channel guide in my room either. Shower was out of conditioner. The hot tub was practically in the lobby, which is odd.

People doing laundry at 3:00 am and they were loud. Had to get out of bed and ask them to be quiet

Rooms were very clean Nd comfortable. Also the staff was amazing and friendly.

The was the staff made us feel at home. Very accommodating and polite. Speedy service and smiles always. Two employees stand out. These two at the front desk helped us several times to facilitate our needs. Thank you

Free breakfast lacked decent options for those with food allergies (Celiac & Lactose Intolerance). Risk of cross contamination for gf toast & cereal was too high to risk trying and likely getting sick.
