The Rodeway Inn Willamette River hotel in Corvallis is located right on the Willamette River. This hotel is just two miles from the campus of Oregon State University and 11 miles from Linn-Benton Community College. The hotel is adjacent to the Riverfront Commemorative Park, where visitors can enjoy the walking path and beautiful views of the Willamette River. The Trysting Tree Golf Club is located across the river and excellent wineries, such as the Bellfountain Cellars and Tyee Wine Cellars, are only minutes away. Additional points of interest nearby include Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center, McDonald-Dunn Forest, Peavy Arboretum, Willamette Park Landing, Village Green Park. Guests of this hotel can enjoy amenities like, free local calls and free coffee in the lobby. All guest rooms include wireless high-speed Internet access cable television with HBO. Room floor was dirty
The lack of cleanliness and maintenance in the room was crazy. The bathroom fan vent was pulled from the ceiling, the mattress had blood and urine stains, the a/c unit was duct taped, the towels were stained, the sheets had holes and stains.
Our room heater would not heat up-only blew cold air. Tried calling front desk from room and the phone mail was full-could not leave a message. Went to office and no one answered the bell.

It was available.

It was hideous; barely a step up from a youth hostel. And probably the most expensive room we've ever paid for. (Thanks for the points, though! It made a big difference!)
