Sleep Inn Bend Crossroads Plaza

The inn is quiet and clean. It has a jacuzzi plus a pool (both were open in early May). Breakfast is maybe passable: scrambled egg and sausage patties, a waffle iron, etc. (open 6-9 a.m.). Free coffee and tea are available 24 hours. The cookies are good!

My room had a faint buzzing sound from being next to the laundry room, but it wasn't too bad. It had no bathtub, but you get a shower.

They have a good variety of breakfast items and they kept it well stocked.The employees were friendly and helpful.

It was very clean! Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good & attendant kept items well stocked & breakfast area very clean.

Mattress needs to be replaced. Side close to bathroom had a concave spot, which made bed uncomfortable.

The pool area was so well kept. Flowers were beautiful caretaker super helpful and kind.

Front desk person on Sunday sept 1 morning was not very congenial -no smiles-very flat. Coffee was mediocre.

Excellent location

TV did not work; I checked in late and didn¿t want to bother anyone with a maintenance call so I just did without TV.

It was a place to stay for a night so we could get to our destination the next day.

The food was OK but the eggs and sausage was still COLD. Couldn't make our own waffles so they were not crispy like we like them.

The hotel and the room was recently updated. It was very clean. Enjoyed the free Wi-Fi. It was in an excellent location. We just walked across the street for dinner in a nice restaurant.

Parking limited. No USB ports for charging phone. Housekeeping need to pay attention to the details in room cleaning.

Staff was attentive and performed services I asked for. For example bringing me extra towels and emptying garbage.

The older gentleman that checked is is was absolutely wonderful. He was so pleasant made me feel very welcome.

The bathroom wasn't as clean as it should have been especially the toilet.

Location

Pool and hot tub were drained and no one told us, overhead lights didn¿t work, needed key cards rekeyed twice.

Everything we needed, outside the hotel, was super handy. Worthy Brewing across the street, Safeway a block away and pretty easy to get to Hwy 97 for a trip to Redmond. For the price, we were especially thrilled with the quality of the accommodations!

They double charged me for the room. Then instead of fixing it they triple charged me. They are either totally incompetent or intentionally shady. I¿ll be pursuing chargebacks and other actions.

Stained chair, carpet and walls in this hotel room. It was filthy. Upon checkout the manager refused to provide a receipt for our deposit. She got hostile and started yelling. Horrible experience all around.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and the covid precautions were clearly described and followed. The location was great, easy to get to from the highway, across the road from the Worthy Brewing Company, perfect for dinner.
