The price and how nice the room is! Paid ---$ and got a beautiful room!

The only thing i didnt like is the parking, its a little awkward, but totally manageable.

Had a nice scent (good) to cover up possible humidity/mold/mildew.

Absolutely nothing! Rude management and workers. Took double my money on my credit card as well as cash! Plus stole belongings out of my room once I was already in my paid room.

My lack of safety being on the property. There was zero respect! They not only charged my credit card twice they took additional $60 cash plus stole belongings out of my room once I was already in there.

Noise, things in room did not work. Needs walls and paint repairs.

The location and angle of the property make for less road noise. There are opening windows on both sides for natural ventilation.

TV was way in the corner and a little small for the room. A few items were in disrepair, like the window shutters.

It had the basics, fridge, microwave, coffee maker.

It felt scary. There was no chain on the door either. There was a domestic issues room next to me. The window locks were not secure. It's an old hotel and very basic. The price was $---, so this is what I would expect for so cheap. I would not pay more.

It was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

In the bathroom the was no place to set anything down. There was no shelf or counter for travel case, razor, toothbrush, etc.

The rooms were spacious, well furnished, warmly decorated, and had all of the amenities we were hoping for.

This hotel was horrible!! The lock on the door was just a deadbolt and not a good one at that. If you jiggled the door the lock jimmied open. There was no chain lock like you'd expect at a hotel. Felt completely unsafe. Bonus: the room reeked like cat pee

Location

The rooms smelled of cigarette smoke and extensive cleaning to cover it. We looked at several rooms the owners said were non-smoking, but then also said they could not monitor what guests did in their room. This was as close to a dive I ever want to be.

We were just looking for a cheap place to crash for the night, but the Chalet Motel turned out to be so much better than that! The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable and spotless. We will definitely stay here next time!

The location is good, and the rooms are adequate for the price.

The sink drain was busted, and caused me some issues. Aside from that I had no problems.

The bed was comfortable.

When I arrived to check in, the lady in the office yelled at me! It turns out that was her way of talking. Both her and the man we met later had NO English skills. The room lights went out, and I couldn't tell the man what had happened. And HE YELLED TOO!

First time I ever had 3 queen beds in one room, and they were comfortable. Full Size refrigerator. Microwave. Good shower. Good flat screen tv.

No pool no breakfast no workout room. No problem.

We paid for a one bed room, they gave us two beds & asked us not to use the other bed, we thought that was strange. The side of the second bed was 2 feet from the bathroom door with the other side of the bed against the wall. They spoke broken English.
