- Terrible experience. Never stepped foot on the property because I was not told important details, such as $150 pet fee, and only 1 parking spot, until AFTER being charged. And after being bounced around from vacasa, who runs the hotel with no one on site, to booking.com multiple times begging for a refund because we could not stay there with those restrictions, they would not have any human decency to see the situation they put me in. I will never use vacasa of booking.com ever again.
