Cleanliness

We waited at the front desk for more than 15 minutes for someone to show up! We almost called the police because the door to the office was wide open and we'd called the hotel from the front desk with no answer. She showed up after helping a guest with TV

It was off the interstate and easy to get around to all the places we wanted to go to.

The room we stayed in had roaches and in the closet was mold. The carpet was nasty, and floors were filthy. Room two for another family. Member stayed had dirty sheets, and someone left a syringe on the floor. I would not choose this place again.

Always stay here, friendly staff and close to fair grounds and Always has good rates.

The room was nice and bed was very comfy. It was the quietest room I have stayed at in a long time (which great due to the fact that there was a major US highway very close to the hotel)

1) could not check in until 4:05 2) the emergency exit (that is on the south end of building & opposite of the front desk) was locked 3) the sign at the front desk says checkout is at 11am and in room says 12pm. 4) there's a 10 day hold on my $100 depo

The location was perfect for me and I had plenty of choices in amenities (in the area)!

Other than some up keep to the room and using bedding that doesn¿t have stains of some type, the room was clean and comfortable.AB

The staff was rude it had cocroches the room was not what was advertised and there was crazy tendents

The check in person was very nice and then we didn't have hardly any toilet paper and she was prompt in bringing more to us!

Oh, my where do I start: breakfast, even cold was a joke, no coffee pot, coffee, cups, ice bucket or glasses in room, There was no kleenex, besides the toilet paper. The cleaners knocked on our door at 0830AM to make sure we were either there or gone.Bad!

The bed was great. Size of the room.

No kleenex. No shower curtain. Toilet paper running low.

Location

I reserved a room with handicapped accessible restroom. They checked us in. We went to the room. It was not handicapped accessible. They said they didn't have any of those rooms. I checked out. They refunded my money. Spent hours trying to find a room.

Hotel staff very nice and accommodating, rooms clean for the age of hotel, will stay there again.

For the most part the staff was friendly

False advertising there is no breakfast for the past 2 years since Covid. My room is dated, furniture is worn, smoke detectors is out the wall, the phone in the room did not work, Wall paper is coming off the wall.

Basically all of it. Poor customer service. False advertisement, No free breakfast, no in room coffee pot, no wash cloths supplied, and toilet paper was like gold to them. Our original room smelled of sewer, they did put us in another room, but that room

Friendly helpful staff. Easy to locate. Room and bed was comfortable. Price was good and affordable compared to near hotels. There are some negatives but I would definitely stay here again.

In the room, there was only 2 bath towels, no washcloths or hand towels. No cups. No coffee. NO provided breakfast that was mentioned on website. The sign to the driveway needs to be lite at night, so late arrivals will see it much better.

Price and location were great.

We were informed at check-in that they were not serving breakfast (part of why we chose this hotel...). The water pressure was almost non-existent in the morning, assumedly because other guests were showing at the same time.

No normal breakfast. Only cheap tea/coffee and cheap snacks.

The didn't serve the continental breakfast and they were missing basic toiletries because of shipping issues

The shower pressure was the most impressive thing about my stay.

There was never anyone at the front desk. There were no tissues, cups, coffeemaker, ice bucket in the room. There was no breakfast offered. Very disappointed with this stay.

Didn't like it at all!!!!!

No phone service in room to contact front desk or maid service. Room was tight. No breakfast service, but yet it's being advertised. All in all I wouldn't recommend to friends.

The entire hotel is filthy and full of garbage, literally. We saw garbage bags next to the elevators. Rugs are stained, rooms smell horrible. Doors don't close properly, you hear everything. Dirty pillows. No soap in bathrooms. No breakfast or internet.

The gentleman at the front desk was awesome. The room was large. All in all, we got exactly what we paid for
