Cleaning lady took my lightning charger.. when I asked them about it when I switched rooms he said he would talk to her that's been days ago. I would probably never stay here again knowing that there is dishonest employees

The desk staff, being of Indian descent, is hard to understand because their accent is so heavy and they talk fast. Would be appreciated if they would brush up on their English-speaking skills for the customer's sake.

Location is the ONLY reason we stay here.

Customer Service lacking for sure. Background noise was so loud with her kids & TV, could hardly hear, plus she had heavy Indian accent. Didn't look me in the eye, was rude, very matter-of-fact, and didn't wait for me to ask questions.

Decor is nice and it appeared clean.

I had to walk up outside stairs to get to room and it was very cold outside.

The customer service at check in was amazing

The air conditioner did not work, the fumes from cleaning the room was still there and made it difficult to breathe, the pillows smelled like old sweat, when I called the front desk to possibly switch rooms, I got no answer¿.

Staff was very nice

Hotel room was nice but had not been vacuumed well. The staff was friendly, and they had a nice breakfast. It was a quick over night stay while traveling through.

The price is cheap compared to any hotel/motel I've ever come across so you expect it may be nasty or have a lot of illegal activities going on or the staff to be completely rude but it's SO clean, SO quiet and the staff is all so nice and helpful

Nothing at all. Super cheap. Slept great. Felt safe. Didnt worry about bugs. And now it's the only place I'll stay when I decide to go to Hard Rock and gamble and don't want to drive back home. This place honestly deserves an award. Or several

easy to get to eating places good

very deceptive about charges. quoted $75.00,then confirmation came thre it was 90.00. when i checked in it was $110,00. very deceptive nothing on conf about extra 20.00 for dog why was it not on confirmation.

It was pet friendly and had smoking areas. The room was nice and had a microwave fridge and coffee maker. The bed was very comfortable.

The hotel was in a great location. It was close to the interstate, but not so close that you hear traffic all night. There were also numerous restaurant options close by.

This hotel is rated 2 1/2 stars, but has exterior room doors and no chain on door, only dead bolt. Breakfast was pretty limited.

Worst hotel I have ever been in. We left after the first night and found another. If I don¿t get refunded for the other 3 nights I will never use your services again. Absolutely disgusting place

The Hotel in my opinion was not for everyone. Most of the vehicles in the parking lot were pickups and construction trucks. I'm sure they booked for the $$. Staff friendly but the breakfast was weak. Only got coffee and went to McDonalds accross the road.

Our room did not get cleaned between days stayed there. We had to go to the desk to get clean towels. The hotel staff/owners threw a party on the premises and seemed more interested in the party than guest needs.
