Residence Inn by Marriott Tulsa Downtown

Location - walking distance to BOK Ctn & downtown restaurants. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean & disinfected.

The external key pads were all broken both at the back of hotel entrance & front entrance.

The breakfest was amazinggg. The staff were so nice and accommodating as well. The price was really good for what we got for a room and it was such a nice suite with a kitchen and I couldn?t have asked for more!

I didn?t like the $16 a day parking but it is what it is.

The location was good. I was no more than 15 minutes from wherever I wanted to go.

You would think parking would be free for guest, especially for the amount of money they charge. Also there needs to be an inspection of the rooms after cleaning and prior to guest arrival. There was hair in my shower and the light switches are dirty.

I think the only complaint was the parking. There is a small lot with 30-40 spaces for the hotel. That is all. Once it is full, you have to find somewhere in the city to park.

I thought it would be convenient since it was so close to the venue of the event I was attending.

No one clean up our room during stay. Paid for parking but one night there was no spaces. $5.00 for a bottle of water. $5.00 for a tooth brush that read $2.29 Coffee was weak, mornig breakfast less than average.

The price was affordable for what I was expecting to get. It was clean, fresh, and beautiful. The breakfast was amazing as well.

Needs free parking in the gated area. Update the amenities to reflect what's available through winter and/or restrictions due to Covid. in my logical thinking, not having the pool/hottub/sauna warrants a lower price.

This is the best hotel so far we have staying, clean friendly staff, location near businesses Center.

Ethan and the front desk were extremely accommodating. They were extremely pleasant and on overall joy to be around.

The bartender was extremely rude. Our family was there to attend a funeral, and several family members attempted to have drinks at the bar in which the bartender was either rude in his responses, or did not help at all. He also paced back and forth behind the bar in a very uncomfortable manner. He spoke aggressively towards my mother when she asked if he could make a frozen margarita or daiquiri, and told her she needed to “make a decision”. One of the worse bartender experiences I have had in my life.
