The rooms were clean

Laughably awful experience. After checking in, I called about the TV not working and was told “The maintenance guy said it wasn’t working earlier. You booked the last room.” When I asked why I wasn’t informed at check in, the lady at the front desk said she “forgot.” I then went downstairs to use the spa. The knob to turn it on was missing. I again approached the front desk lady and she said “I knew the knob was missing but I didn’t know it wasn’t working.” -I saw multiple people take turns sitting in the hot water. A hotel full of people had been taking turns sharing uncirculated water for who knows how long.

Breakfast was fine. Jacuzzi tub was very relaxing. Very spacious rooms.

Drywall patching too obvious.

Staff polite. Easy check in and out. Good rate.

The carpet had some noticeable hard to the touch stains and regular stains. It wasn’t too bad but noticeable.

The staff was very friendly, polite, and helpful.

The 2 queen suite only had 2 bath towels. The pool was not stocked with towels. The morning dinning area had numerous pockets catching water from the roof leaking, and it is very obvious this has been going on for quite some time from the ceiling damage

Our room was very clean. I booked on a different site and there was a little confusion checking in but the staff was super friendly and helpful. I have a family of 6 and they never let us run out of towels, sounds silly but it's a big deal with 4 teenage girls. The pool area can be a bit noisy as it's indoor but it was always clean. Breakfast was great. All around if we go back through Tulsa I would stay again.

The room was spacious, beds were okay. Breakfast was good, with lots of options.

The pool and hot tub had a ton of chlorine in it, my kids and I's eyes were on fire. Had to ask for more towels and the man who was working the evening shift seemed very irritated by my request.
