Yes the staff, elevator was broken, spa was broken, the neighbor was shady

Excellent bed, sheets and blankets. Very comfortable.

The hotel does not meet the standards of a US hotel for Sleep Inn and others in this category. The hotel was hot. The upkeep was spotty. The fridge was turned off. The microwave did not work. The front doors sometimes didn't open automatically.

No place to put s suitcase. The pool hours are not good for me. Opens too late in the morning to swim before checkout.

Easy to find and park

Very Dirty, carpet, holes in the wall, ceiling falling in, weird smell, missing knobs, tiles you name it

The room itself was clean enough to sleep in

There were few redeeming qualities. Staff was kind. Pool and hot tub were disgusting. The crystal meth activity was rampant. There?s a very sketchy apartment building??? behind the hotel. Did not feel safe, was concerned my truck would get broken into.

The employees.the hotel was shabby but clean. But the desk and room cleaners were wonderful, kind and helpful

The pool and hot tub needed attention. The water was green and cold.

Was clean, staff was friendly

1st room the AC didn't work at all. Had to move rooms, nice about it put me in a handicap room. It very noisy (ac units out side the window), toilet handle was broke. Had to jiggle it so it was stop running. Outlets bathroom burned out. Sketchy area.

Great location, fabulous price, clean comfortable room, indoor hot tub, pool, business center, decent breakfast

Not their fault, but wish 3am parking lot disturbance could have been managed

I overall it was comfortable and clean.

I did not like the fact that they charged the $100 upfront for incidental. We had added a 2nd night and they charged me again. Most put a card on file and cancel on check out. The bathroom felt like I was setting in a closet. Pool could open at 7 i.

There is an area by the hotel ? filled with inebriated people, but they stayed away from the property, just loud and abusive language.

I'm super picky. It was CLEAN, comfy bed, GREAT staff &Housekeeping.All were very kind and patient. Breakfast was good?decent selection&hot proteins. Pool n tub nice. INTERNET and pet friendly! HIGHLY recommend. Seems newly remodeled?very nice!

Big crack between door and door case. I used my rain coat to block hallway light or peeping. Toilet handle locks against tank & water runs. Not hotel but society issues: screaming kid in hall at 7:45am,10:30pm. Homeless & bus but lots of cameras!

Pool water was cloudy & paint chipping. Toilet was leaking all over bathroom floor. Carpet was sticky in front of refrigerator...told front desk, but nothing was ever done about it. Couch was pretty old and dilapidated.

The staff were friendly. Hotel was neat.

No telephone service in the room. Wash soaps and towels were managed.

I wasn't informed that the elevator was out until after I checked in, which was an inconvenience. The refrigerator in the room had no freezer, which is something that I specifically asked for. The A/C unit was super loud. I had to turn it off.

The shower door was hanging crooked (allowing it to leak) and there was plenty of black mold/mildew on the shower door. The lady at checkout hated her job and wasn't pleasant. I got accused of smoking in my room when I'm deathly allergic.
