Super friendly and helpful staff, great layout except the bathroom. Super convenient to return the rental car (return was in the lot right beside the hotel) and then take the shuttle to the airport in the morning. Super quick and convenient.

Bathroom layout was cramped for a mobility room which was requested. Also a little closer to the elevator would have been better. It wasn’t too far for us but for the senior needing assistance it was a little far. Everything else was amazing

The hotel and room were very clean. Staff was friendly, kind and helpful. Convenience items in lobby had variety. Outside areas were a plus. Sound from airport was not noticeable.

The hotel was located right at the airport, which was perfect. The staff were very helpful with questions before I arrived, and were fantastic hosts. The breakfast was very good, and the room itself exceeded my expectations. I will return!

The best thing was: the original hotel Clarion Inn was ugly and old, but it was permanent close. They had an announce to go Hilton (across the street). It was pretty good and the staff was very nice. They gave us the same price and free breakfast

Clarion Inn Everything was bad Old, ugly, probably the hotel has ghosts inside. The other hotel was pretty nice. Some areas were under remodeling but the hotel was good

Bugs in bed, water cut off with debris flying out of faucets. Blood and urine freshly on sheets completely unwashed. Disgusting all the way around. They refused to cancel but really they should cancel and refund because this is a scam

The staff was very friendly.

I was in room 135 and the entire hallway and my room smelled like wet dog. The bedding was stained and it caused me to be itchy so I'm not sure of it's cleanliness. The breakfast looked appealing, however it was so bland.

Extended parking while we were on our trip was great and only $3 per day. They shuttle you to the terminal and pick you up at no cost.

This 3 star was very run down and not what I expect from a 3 star. No refrigerator in room, bath/shower was gross. Bed was lumpy and window was so dirty we could not see out. Disappointed!

This was not a 3 star hotel. I have stayed in lots of even 2.5 stars that were more upkept and had nicer rooms and ammenities than this hotel. Things were old and not kept well and TONS of signs of wear and tear that were fixed pretty janky.

It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower of incredibly good!

This hotel needs some renovation.

The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful. The desk clerk at checkout let us know that we could pay to park there and use their shuttle to the airport. I also had left a battery and charger in the room. They found it and are keeping them for me.

Hard to get in and out of. If you took a shower in the evening the water was cool ... never got hit.
