- Front desk staff friendly and knowledgeable, housekeeper manager friendly and care about the cleanliness of the room and well stocked with towels and soap. GM manager very friendly and helpful with guests. hotel employee very helpful and polite and knowledgeable.
- The location is great - tucked behind some great restaurants. Has onsite guest laundry that takes credit cards.

- Room dark. Missing lamp. A/C LOUD! Carpet dirty. Microwave dead. Shower dingy and yellowed. Ou off shampoo, shower gel and conditioner. 3days - room never serviced even though 'every other day' Breakfast horrible. Cereal empty. Front desk staff untrained.
