- People in office are nice, maintenance man was friendly and didn't take long to come fix the TV cable box (had to get different cable box).
- Quiet and places to eat was convenient

- That it doesn't have a bathtub
- Staff was VERY RUDE. bathroom counter falls off the wall. Room ac wasn't working right. Room stunk. Tried to change me $15 each for cleaning from 2 service dogs. (Can't charge twice for same Room, they gonna clean it twice???)
