Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Tulsa/Rt 66 Near Casino

Hotel employee was a wonderful host, advising me about local Indian food - something I no longer get in the small town where I moved. The location made me feel secure with its well lit parking lot, easily visible.

Newly remodeled room, comfortable bed, well lighted, large flat screen, very clean.

The TV needs to have some type of sound barriers behind it to keep the room next door happy! Lol

TV didn't work, 2 employees to fix. 2nd room TV remote dead battery, hole in tub, insulation showed. Bed Linens dingy color. "Breakfast" @ 8am: Coffee & waffle maker out of order. No milk 4 Oatmeal (only cereal). 1 bagel, 1 eng muffin & few bread slices

Very happy with this hotel. It was very clean, the hot breakfast was excellent, and the Check in staff went out of their way to be helpful.

Can¿t think of anything I didn¿t like.

Tv channels that I like and they had breakfast.

A/C and bathroom fan made irritating noises. Biscuits were hockey pucks. Refrigerator had food and drink left in it. Refrigerator was dirty.

The food was horrible, staff stared at you the entire time you ate! If you could get food??? The orange juice looked like dish water Will not come back!!

Maintenance was lacking ... toilet ran pretty much constantly and the outlets were worn out so bad the the plugs wouldnt stay in.

Some of the staff were not real friendly. I stayed there for over a week and paid full price daily, so I guess I expected th after a few days to be a little friendlier after them realizing that I was a good customer.

Clean, just off the highway so convenient but quiet. Nice breakfast options, with an Arby's and Burger King right next door.

The staff is very indifferent, unprofessional. The lobby/breakfast area is hot, air on too low. Rooms are small and cramped.

The said they had a free breakfast but no times were listed anywhere and we missed it but a few minutes.

Hotel was of what you would expect, check in was easy and fast, evening clerk was friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel was right on our route and easy on and off the highway. The staff was very attentive.

No pool and jacuzzi that it staed online. The top door lock was missing and concerned us. Large gap at the bottom of the door at least 5 or more inches. no microwave , also listed online. large yellow stain on white bedding.
