Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Tulsa Downtown Arts District

Fantastic location. Super friendly staff. Right in the heart of the Tulsa Arts District. Very good security - felt very safe.

Interior was a bit outdated, but nothing major.

Friendly staff, great breakfast spread, super comfy rooms, and I loved the layout and interior design of the entire hotel.

The hotel was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. The TV size and picture were great. Room comes with a mini refrigerator and microwave. The location is nice.

The milk at breakfast was spoiled.

Located next to the "Center of the Universe," Woody Guthrie, Bob Dylan museums, and good restaurants. Three miles from "The Gathering Place" which is fun for monkey bars age children. Three miles from Philbrook Art museum. Sixteen miles to Blue Whale.

Addition $17 to park in hotel parking garage. Street parking free after 5 pm and on weekends.

Great location for food, entertainment, baseball, close to Route 66, etc...,

rooms are relatively small for the price.

The staff was excellent. The room was very clean.

The only dislike was the parking was not free and expensive.

Hotel employee at the front desk was delightful and accommodating. The room was comfortable and cozy featuring Paul Mitchell toiletries. A laundry room is available and complimentary breakfast is a don't miss!

King Room was small even for just one person and on-site parking is an inflated $15.

Parking lot was under construction where you had to park a block away and it was raining shouldn't have to pay $15 for valet parking while construction under wat and I like to see my car couldn't see car

The pool and workout room together. Very easy to do both

There was no parking. ( the parking deck is under construction. Not enough towels Coffee was not replaced in the room No hot breakfast due to COVID. It should state this on the website. Glad I didn’t pay full price for the room

Great experience during the coronavirus pandemic. Social distancing markers in the lobby, grab and go breakfast options, and staff wore masks. Room was clean and spacious.

Parking lot was under construction so that was a surprise. Street parking is limited in the area.

Location to Cain's Ballroom and other restaurants and bars in the Brady District was perfect!!!

We had a group all staying at the hotel and the lobby was perfect for us to get together, visit and play boardgames in the evening.

It's a clean, newer-looking hotel right in downtown Tulsa. Close to everything, very friendly staff, and great service throughout our stay. Thanks Fairfield Tulsa!
