    Pros +

    • best hotel in Tulsa. Clean, friendly staff, excellent restaurant, spacious beautifully appointed rooms.
    • The staff was above average. Very helpful and nice!
    • The room was fabulous and the view was great. It was quiet and classy and exactly what we were looking for.

    Cons -

    • The bed was not comfortable, and the sheets looked old and stained. The hotel was nice & clean, but the beds need to be upgraded. It was like staying at a low-grade Marriott at a huge price difference. This hotel was not worth the $--- we were charged.
    • we arrived Sunday -the restaurant is closed because they have few guests on the weekend. Had to get a ride elsewhere to eat. Monday morning the restaurant is still closed because there aren't many guests. No breakfast, no coffee. No options
    • The fridge was full of "mini bar" stuff and it took some rearranging to make room for our own things.

Their free shuttle (private driver - escalade) available til 11:30pm, on site restaurant, room service, fluffy robes, amazing customer service, free valet, so clean!, this hotel has serious character!

That we only stayed 1 night!

Stunning boutique hotel. Luxurious. We’ve stayed at some of the nicest hotels in the world, and this ranks up there. Quality. Quiet. Subtle. Incredible edible restaurant, the Chalkboard is in hotel. Great ambiance. And there’s free parking.

    10LisaPosted on: 3-18-2017

Amazing, old-school charm. Incredible luxury. Every detail was taken care of, from the lit fireplace in the lobby, to the amazing pillows & bedding.

    No. It was amazing.

    10GetawaygurlPosted on: 9-16-2016

Consistently amazing staff; hotel is beautiful and clean- but it's the professionalism and experience that keeps us coming back to visit

    10GetawaygurlPosted on: 5-24-2016

A notch above anything else in Tulsa. The staff was AMAZING, At the front showed the BEST hospitality- they provided an upgrade to a suite for our friends celebrating their anniversary, sent congratulatory notes and chocolate... Etc

We loved EVERYTHING- ️true luxury and service at every opportunity! Nothing negative to report!

Loved the size of the room double queen and the decor

Not at all everything was great I would stay there again and recommend this hotel to friends and family

    This hotel exemplifies hospitality.

Wish we could have stayed longer than the weekend.

Location just a block from my work very cool old building converted to hotel

    A little pricey

    9DouglasPosted on: 10-1-2024

A lovely property with great touchesGenerously sized rooms, with period-appropriate furnishingsGreat breakfast — such ordinary staples as hash browns and jam were outstanding Excellent breakfast

Considerable overnight road / rail noise

It was a nice building. Cute design and room decor but you could definitely see there were updates needed.

Rooms over all needs updating. Especially for the price paid. Room service had maybe 3 or 4 entrees very disappointing with a in house restaurant. And sloppy service didn’t provide enough utensils. And they auto added gratuity. Casting on TV didn’t work so stuck with few basic channels or ridiculous expensive pay per view.

The rooms are huge lots of space the beds we’re comfortable. The bathroom is large and it’s quiet.

    10BilindaPosted on: 7-2-2023

Such a beautiful hotel. Huge rooms. The bar and restaurant were fabulous. Courteous and exemplary staff.

    10MichaelPosted on: 10-3-2022

My wife and I loved this hotel. Very nice atmosphere, very friendly staff, and the room was clean and well done. Would definitely stay here again.

Can’t really think of much here, but the wait times at the restaurant for food and drink or a little long, but it was their grand re-opening, so we were definitely willing to give them some grace there.

    great staff,large room,comfortable…

wish they set up complimentary coffee in the lobby…

    10VelettaPosted on: 6-25-2021

This historic hotel is great place to stay. My compliments on the past renovation. The building is beautifully maintained and the staff keep the hotel spotless. The staff was helpful and small touches made the stay feel like home. The location is accessible by car to a number of well known visitor destinations.

Literally my only complaint is that the area is not really for the pedestrian. Access by car is excellent and there is a courtesy car to deliver you to destinations that most visitors want to see.
