Shout out to hotel employees great customer service friendly environment and helpful

Hotel was just fine the area had a lot of people there that were homeless that kind of scared me but other than that the hotel was great

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

A lot of transient people around some sleeping on the grounds around the hotel the hotel room door had to be pushed very hard to get into the room itself. I won't stay at this place again.

Yes. Room was not same as pics. No battery in smoke alarm. Employees were folding linens in front lobby. Guests were smoking Marijuana on both sides of our room. I asked for towels, employee said I needed to come get them in pouring rain. I could go on.

The staff were very polite and respectful

it?s not a new hotel. The door is locked. The overall appearance of the hotel is not brand new had no problems with the room now and the breakfast was awesome

It was awful and my kids and I broke out in rashes the whole time we were there. Homeless people and drugs everywhere

Mattress filthy, coffee machine broken, iron missing, tub handle was pretty much broken, couldn't even go in the lobby assuming locked due to neighborhood. Ghetto as hell

close to Tulsa airport. and a smoking Room.

Air conditioners were crappy, had to change to a different room. Not clean in the rooms. ripped blanket. Will not return.

The price was okay. This part is a continued part for what i didnt like. We Needed 2 more towel from housekeeper, they never brought them when we had 4 people and two total in room.

One they asked me if I had documentation proving my dog was service dog then when i said no she continued to charge me for my service dog thats trained to alert. We told housekeepers we needed more towels they wanted used ones..

Well let¿s start with 1st. room, the chair was stained. The top comforter was stained and had burn holes in it. The sheets were stained and looked like they were never washed. Went to the front desk to ask if I could get another room.

Dirty, loud, outdated, not safe

Staff appeared very un-well. Room electronic lock inoperative. Replacement room door not straight, had to Jimmy in-place to engage deadbolt.

The parking is alloted where your room is.

They advertised serving free continental breakfast, but they are not serving breakfast. It's only coffee. The pillows are small.

The bed was clean. We saw no bugs. Refrigerator nice and needed.

Was told no breakfast after I signed the agreement to pay. Room dirty. Floor made feet black. Dirt on walls, especially around toilet paper. No grab bar in shower. Shower curtain dirty. No hair blower in receptacle. Hot cup not wrapped.

They advertised breakfast but had nothing. The room smelled of smoke, there were flies and the bottom sheets didn¿t even cover the bed. They hotel advertised as beinge close to the airport but it was a long way away from the airport.

Bad neighborhood. Gun shots, police in the parking lot half the night. Very scary

Room was dirty bed sheets had dark stains on them, ceiling had something smeared all over it, fire alarm was missing and wires left hanging, coffee maker was missing parts, Vending machines broken. Not wheelchair accessible for handicap son

This place was disgusting. The staff was rude when I asked for another pillow for my husband who had just broken his collar bone. The room was filthy and smelled like cigarettes badly.

Leaving

We got 3 rooms, all were disgusting. None of the refrigerators worked. Towels and bedding were gross. One room didn't even have a trash can. Worst super 8 we've ever stayed in, graffiti in every room. Staff were no help when we complained

Hole in door, lock broken,hole on bathroom wall, no soap, two towels, no tissue.
