    Pros +

    • beautiful old building
    • We loved that this hotel is historic, yet feels updated at the same time. The staff was beyond courteous and friendly, and the proximity to the BOK center was the perfect walking distance.
    • Really a nice, well-maintained property in the heart of downtown. Charming art deco style and a big, comfortable room. Cool rooftop bar.

    Cons -

    • terrible shower no shelf for shampoo no place to hang wet towels. one hook way to high for any normal human to reach
    • Valet is pricey
    • No vending machine. We had to melt ice to drink. Both restaurants were closed. We specifically booked this hotel for the only 360 view of Tulsa and then was told it was only available Wednesday-Saturday. A fancy hotel should always have a open restaurant

The room was nice and not loud.

The rooftop was closed for a private party so we weren¿t able to go by there before /after our planned event that evening. The steamer was broken so no cappuccino in the morning. We received an email with a different amount for the room than what we paid

    the bed

tv did not work, room phone didn't work, only 2 of 4 windows had curtains of which one of the missing curtains was the bathroom, fully exposed to adjacent building and a/c sounded like a jet in the room.

The room was very nice. The staff was very friendly. We will definitely be making the Mayo our hotel of choice in Tulsa.

The assistant manager was awesome! He was on site and interested in his guests experience. I love the Mayo Hotel!!! The rooftop bar is such a wonderful place; however, the food and service almost nullified the wonder of the location.

The food and service of the rooftop bar were very bad.

    Its beautiful!!

Our air conditioning didnt work, so Someone came up to fix it so we left the Room for about 20 minutes, came back is still wasn't working. The service engineer came backok again, sent us to a different Room which was also warm and not as nice.

    Very clean. Beautiful rooms.

Thin walls and old windows equalled super noisy rooms. Chirping fire alarm was a bummer as well. Had to switch to down grades room and have yet to hear from a manager about adjusting our nightly rate. There was never a manager available.

    Atmosphere, historic building. Comfortable bed

    No parking. No free breakfast.

Love the charm of this historic hotel! Very nice, updated rooms, delicious dinner in The Boiler Room, to include a nice glass of Pinot! Very centrally locates in downtown Tulsa. All of these things combine for a great experience.

    7Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 12-17-2019

The employees were great, the hotel is beautiful, and the room was clean!

When we returned to our room the toilet had bubbles (like bubble bath) over flowing from the toilet and it was all over the floor. Main. came and attempted to fix the toilet, but it didn't flush the rest of our stay. He did clean the overflow of bubbles

Walk-in showers, large TV, excellent bar, quick check in, beautiful designs

    3RonPosted on: 5-21-2018

Service and food in the Boiler room were great. Front Desk clerk was also very nice. Great old hotel which could be wonderful, if properly supervised. House staff not doing their job (see below). Left coffee but no condiments for second cup.

Room had no lamp to read in one lounge chair provided. TV did not work and had to call for engineering to fix it (took an hour to resolve). Phone instructions(for usage) were not correct. Room provided with only one washcloth. Had to call down & wa

The room was gorgeous and huge! More spacious than many apartments I've rented. Also really appreciated the valet service.
