Comfortable beds and a good breakfast. Also enjoyed hot tea several times during my stay.

All linens smelled like dirty laundry. Coffee maker did not work. No more cleaning service unless requested

Friendly staff that takes care of any need you have. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. This was the first time for us to take our dogs and they were welcomed with treats and bowls for food and water.

This hotel needs a little updating. We had issues with our refrigerator and A/C. We made it work since we were only there 2 nights. Bathroom and showers need work but are usable.

clean, well maintained, friendly staff, was able to book us due to unforeseen circumstances with our other hotel booking and not having power due to a storm.

The room sucked. The bed was dirty. The shower head didn¿t work properly. The pool was gross.

Location and breakfast included

The room was minimal and lacking compared to equivalent hotels. There wasn¿t a closet to hang clothes and the shower was 1/2 the size of a normal shower. The room was a bit dingy and run down as well.

Loved the location. Only a few minutes from our concert venue and so close to dining and shopping opportunities. We loved how quiet the hotel was. Breakfast was very good. We would recommend to others.

Heat did not work, FREEZING in that room all night.

Breakfast was not very good. Had been better in the past. Room had cracks in floor tile, getting close to the time for a refresh. Newer hotels in the same area might be a better option for us next time.

Staff was overall nice and friendly, but one gave a hard time about providing access to the gym when my room key didn¿t work.

Paid for a king bed they over booked and put me in a room with 2 smaller beds

It was clean and very close to the location of the event I attended

Bed and pillows wasn¿t super comfortable but it worked for my needs.

There were crack heads roaming the parking lot hotel was kind of dated very small TVs in rooms

The water pressure in the shower could be greater.

A few maintenance issues that should be addressed. Broken vent on AC, broken base on TV, carpet needs to be re-stretched. Pool was murky and chairs had been thrown into it. Wrought iron fence had been hit and had been that way since at least Dec 31.

They changed our reservation from 2 queens to one king. We had to wait over an hour to get a room for our group of 4, they said they only had one room left that had 2 doubles. A little crowded but not awful!
