Hampton Inn Tulsa-Sand Springs

When we got to the room there was water running from the entry light. Called front desk and was told ?maintenance isn?t going to answer the phone? call was disconnected. We were nervous to turn on lights so we essentially did not electricity while there.

the bathroom door was broken. the faucet in the shower was almost impossible to turn on. the bed was so bad i had to sleep on the chair at the desk.

The hotel was easily accessible in the countryside. Quiet even though close to the interstate. The facilities were clean and hotel staff were friendly and helpful. This was a good choice for the money.

I could have laid in the bed for days. Not only was the bed comfortable, the room made me feel safe and cozy as well.

The bathroom/closet door had a loose roller and made a loud rickety noise as I slit it across to close the bathroom door.

We checked in around 10 o'clock by one o'clock we had found over a dozen bed bugs in the room the front desk she Came up we got another room start we may get a refund or at least a percentage off but nothing Breakfast was cold Just not get it all over al

The housekeeping staff were very pleasant.

There was an additional $25 pet fee that was not disclosed in the booking. The Desk Person stated, "The State of Oklahoma requires so much more cleaning..." After walking around without shoes, my socks were black. Carpet was filthy. Extra cleaning ?

Hot tub closed. Front desk u personable. Our door didn't lock when we left the room. Housekeeping knocked on the door twice in the morning.

Good breakfast selection.

Although the breakfast selection was good the one person staff could not keep up with the demand. We had to wait for food to cook multiple times and some items never got restocked. Hot tub was broken it was the main reason for selecting this hotel.

The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean and in a good neighborhood. I was very pleased.

Goodnight sizes rooms. Nice facility.

There was no cold water in the shower, only scalding hot. I told the front desk before we left.

The staff when we checked in did not even greet us. We checked in an hour and a half after the check in time, the front desk wasn't sure if our room was clean and just kept complaining how they were busy and every was working overtime.. She was rude.

The staff was wonderful. They were accommodating and friendly, went out of their way to be helpful. I couldn't have asked for more.

Not anyone's fault, per se, but the floor was under construction. They were quiet, nothing that was disturbing to me while I was there. More of an aesthetic complaint that anything.

Location convenient, in a quiet neighborhood.Nicely furnished. Breakfast had a good assortment of cooked items as well as the standard bagels, muffins, etc.

Indoor swimming pool

We were given a broken pack and play which the desk clerk had to search for even though it was supposedo to be reserved. Our phone in the room did not always work and the staff wasn't very willing to help meet our needs.
