Toilet did not flush. Tank would not hold water. Guggeled all night.

I would like to say it was easy to find but since my daughter was navigating, it was easy for me.

No, this was a very nice hotel and the room was larger than I had expected. The last hotel rooms my daughter and I had stayed in was in New York city and in London in May so I do know what I'm talking about.

Reasonably priced, very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly

we stayed two nights with our 9 and 10 year old kiddos. this was their birthday present. they got to swim once and then they closed the pool. the kids were so disappointed. they offered no explaination.

Friendliness of staff

The pool was green and had pool furniture in it. When we called the front desk, they said it would not be addressed over the weekend.

Pool was locked when I got there. Location was horrible. Hardly any restaurants, Bars entertainment.

The bathroom had hair in the tub and and bathroom floor. But the worst thing was the pool water was cloudy. You couldnt see the last two steps to walk into the pool. The hot tub looked gross. The water was clear but it looked like it needed scrubbed.

The layout of the rooms made it very spacious. Bathroom with large walk-in shower and large footprint was ideal.

Lack of a mini-fridge and microwave.

Nice, clean rooms and a good breakfast (make your own waffles!). Staff were also very friendly.

Booked because it listed a hot tub, but when we checked in, found out that the hot tub was outside, so we couldn't use it. Disappointed in the variety for breakfast. The elevator was scary-very noisy/creaky. Rooms were noisy. Overall very disappointed
