The staff is amazing! I loved the free pet rock we received as a souvenir.

The breakfast sausage was barely warm. It had to be microwaved. There could have been a better selection of fruit as well.

Clean rooms, comfortable bed, friendly staff.

The staff was polite and helpful. All staff pulled their weight from the lobby cleaners to the housekeeping team. Front desk was able to keep the satisfaction guaranteed policy. The breakfast cook presented food professionally and was very helpful.

Hot hallways and one elevator was not working.

The breakfast was great. Even the coffee was good. The staff was friendly and helpful even when the electricity went out because of a storm in the area.

I wish they had outlets on both sides of the bed instead of just the right side.

Location (very convenient to turnpike) Staff (friendly and professional) Breakfast was lovely! Biscuits and Gravy, scrambled eggs and Sausage, cereals hot and cold, several bread options, several juice options and several hot beverage options.

Our room wreaked of mold. No mold found in room, and was the worse in bathroom. Beds were comfy with plenty of pillows, but every time you moved in the bed it sounded like fireworks outside the room. Both beds had this malady.

Not too far from where I wanted to go, but there's nothing around other the gas station and 3 spots to eat

Staff not very attentive or helpful and missing from the front desk (at least 3 or 4 times waited in the lobby and nobody shows up) Found a cockroach in my bathroom, went down to front desk, but nobody there or answering the phone

I had somewhere to sleep for the night.

The room stayed hot all night - HVAC kept making continuous pinging noises -

The bathroom door. Did not like the sliding door to the bathroom. There was a gap that people can see in.

Truck noise from the highway.

The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast staff (man) was very friendly and made sure everything was stocked.

I have stayed at this location numerous times and it is always clean and the staff is very courteous.

A little wear and tear in the shower. One elevator has been out of order since August 2023.

It was fairly spacious and the bathroom was fairly large. The breakfast was good. The coffee was very good.

No plugins on the one side of the bed, had to ask each day for more towels,

The location was great and it is still the best hotel in Stroud.

Well, the pool was closed, only 1 elevator worked, the fridge wasnt working in the breakfast area so the had to keep running down to another area to restock. Although the showers are better there is still mold around the shower door area.

This hotel is conveniently located off the turnpike and close to Chandler where our extended family lives. The check in was easy, room was fresh & clean, pet friendly, only one elevator was operational but it worked, ice machine on our floor, nice pool

Nothing really we didn¿t like. It was a great stay and excellent value.

3rd time that I have stayed at this property & I have to wait a long time or delay my shower in order to have hot water. This is the 2nd time since the end of September that one of the elevators is out of order. The bed always squeaks when I move.

Good location that was right off the highway. Hotel was nice and the room was spacious and clean.

Great desk and housekeeping staff. We stayed for a week and always had cheerful interactions. Best selection for breakfast than other hotels. Room was large and spacious.

We had to leave our dirty towels outside our door and then had to request clean ones when we returned each day. While we appreciated housekeeping staying out of our room, it would have been okay for them to come in to replace the towels.

The water was lukewarm, not jot and the pressure was terrible. And I waited until after 10am to take my shower.

Very friendly,professional staff, The Housekeeping Ladies where really nice and friendly, nice little breakfast in the morning. Right next to The Turnpike made it easy to get where ever you needed to go easy

No, but they should put a sign up to keep people parking where charging station is Electric Vehicle is at .

The location is great. It is still the nicest place to stay in the area

We noticed that the curb appeal has gone down. It seems like their outdoor maint has been neglected. There was a little fenced off area near the side door w/ something oozing under the fence & trash was all over the parking lot.
