Large rooms, nice furniture.

TV wouldn't turn on with either remote control.

Price and location both fit my needs for this trip.

It took 3 tries for the staff to get the TV to work. The shower did not work well.

Extreme water damage. Mold smelling and rotted out bathroom door

Staff was kind and considerate, room was very clean.

The whole reason I chose this hotel was the swimming pool but it was closed. I was so disappointed.

The layout and quiet environment

The road pulling into the hotel was rough.

Roaches in the room, tv remote broken, heater broken, plug for heater BURNT. tv reception poor

No bulb in the bedside lamp, they didn't have any more. TV didn't work. Hairdryer didn't work and it was in the teens weather-wise. Scrambled eggs were dried out like they had been setting out for several hours.

Price and free breakfast.

Hotel staff needs improvement in courtious interaction with its customers.

Service. The manager helped get my luggage and heavy medical equipment into room. And explained to us how to work TV and shower. He was very kind. Comfortable beds. Handicap bathroom.

the staff helped me with the situation with the first room. Beds were comfortable. Quite room.

The first room we were assigned, the beds were not cleaned. looked as if they made the beds without changing the sheets. Wash clothes and towels were dirty. The second room was cleaner.

Tv never works. There weren?t any towels at all of any kind in the bathroom

The price was good, but you get what you pay for?

The hotel was in need of many repairs. Cosmetically it was not in good condition-windows were cracked and not fixed. Did not feel safe

Location.

The treatment of the staff who bungled the reservation giving it to someone else and the bathroom door in the room was locked from the inside and we had to wait for them to find a maintenance person to open it.

Usually comfortable beds, appears clean, mostly quiet and atmosphere

Laundromat is always out of service. Breakfast was bad this time. Pancake batter spoiled and sour, and new signs asking not to take food to your room.

cleanliness, the first room we were put in was dirty. the bath tub had dirt in it, i think it was missed during cleaning that day or they dumped a mob bucket in the tub? went back to the lobby and desk man was able to move us to different room.

roach on desk in room upon check in, sliding front door in lobby was out of order, several windows in the facility were broken and held together by duct tape, parking lot filled with potholes, sketchy looking individuals hanging out around facility, etc.

They canceled our room

When I arrived they didn¿t have the room we requested. They said they were full and would have to take room with 2 Queen instead of one king. Could not understand their language.

Nice and quiet. Great complimentary breakfast and really nice people!!

Nothing. It's the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

This hotel was very dirty. The baseboards were falling off in our room and exposing big holes in the wall. There was a hole with exposed wires. There were spiders and crickets in our bathroom. The hallways were covered in dirt and debris.

There was things ..When you walk hallway to room 126...There was a rank smell.The bathroom toilet would not flush even if you push button...We would poor water in stool to get our waste to go down.Housekeeping knocked on our door early

Pillows ......I won;t be visting this type motel again...oh too no ice buckets..they give u a bag to hold to get ice..which was hard to do....I think they need to do some improving
