Staff very kind and helpful

Room smelled of cigarettes and I have allergies. I was unable to sleep because I was so congested. I left at 3am.

plenty of ice as well as daily room service

Breakfast was really bad, bathroom was not clean, room was really small.

The room was constantly damp and smelled of mildew. The bathroom didn't have great ventilation.

Very nice hotel with an elevator in a good location. The TV and WiFi worked great. I appreciate the coffee, microwave and refrigerator in-room.

It was FILTHY, STUNK, and they put breakfast away early so we didn't get to eat!

The location was great!! Located close to everything

I had accidentally booked my room for the wrong day and the staff were flexible to get that switched to the right arrival date. Otherwise, the location and fact that the hotel had breakfast provided was good.

The bedsheets on the bed did not fully cover the bed, like someone rushed to make the bed. Would have preferred more meat options. All they had was just eggs.

The hotel staff, Randy, was very helpful by getting us rooms on the first floor. He also recommended a nice restaurant to eat at.

It was in a good location where I could get food, gas and shop! Perfect location!!

I did notice the door latch was broken in my room. Also, there should be a time limit, like around 10:00 pm, when noise needs to stop. The room next door had their cell phone up so loud I could hear the conversation or music on.

The location and convenience of Walmart and restaurants.

The facility overall is quite dated. Room was small, well worn and had an unpleasant odor of old, damp, mildew.

Extremely easy off and easy on I-40 stay. There was a Super Center Walmart within walking distance with gas pumps. Several fast food restaurants also nearby as well. The room had everything we needed and the free breakfast was actually very good.

Close to interstate

Came in late and went straight to bed. Motel had bad odor. When we got up next morning, went in bathroom floor was covered in hair. The tub and sink were all hairy. Floor had not been cleaned. The toilet would not flush.l, front desk not concerned

The staff was very nice and tried to be accommodating.

There was mold in the bathroom shower. The room had a horrible smell. There was some questionable people hanging out at the store next door when we arrived at 1:00 am.

Location and Price

The bed sheets had not been replaced on one of the beds, maybe both. The bed sheets did not appear clean. The bedspreads were coated with plenty of semen. Not sure how you could not see the cum splattering and determine that some washing was needed.

The convenience and location.

There was no hair dryer. The tv¿s sound was turned to the max but could barely hear it. It needs to be fixed. There was a box hanging from the tv.
