Hampton Inn & Suites Ponca City

The staff was great. And breakfast didn't disappoint either. The Western omelet and rotation of waffle mixes was very nice (cinnamon roll was best).

Only thing I didn't like was the turn off Prospect. It didn't have any signage for it or the one next door so you couldn't quite tell where you needed to go.

Clean rooms and breakfast in the morning. Check out time is at noon, not 11:00 like most other hotels.

The entrance is a little hard to find if you're not familiar with Ponca City.

Staff was very friendly. They could not program room key cards because of a problem with the system. They were great about unlocking the room every time. Kudos to the staff.

The only issue was the access to the hotel from the main highway. There wasn¿t a direct way into the property.

Bed was uncomfortable. Pillows flat, had to go buy some. Location terrible, very difficult to get to. Elevator dingy and dilapidated. Toilet difficult to flush. Won't stay here again.

They canceled my booking reservation through booking.com told me I had to book through them. Won’t comply with waiving my non-cancellation booking fee even though they canceled. I had booked through them because it was a concert and no other places and when we arrived we got checked into one room uncleaned to be checked into a second room unclean to be basically told they’d change the sheets and left us a toilet dirty from a previous guest and the shower didn’t work. They stated the GM would call us during the day and we can not get any information to any one in general management to return a phone call.

Lobby stinks in the afternoons. Every day. I've stayed in this hotel several times and it's the same all the time.Also, I book my stays through Navan and I never get points for my nights. I pay the same price as on the Hilton Honors app but no points. Not acceptable.

The staff was very nice and helpful. They had a nice breakfast available in the morning and coffee/tea available throughout the day. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

I forgot her name, but she did awesome checking me in on Saturday evening. She also convinced me to sing up for Hilton Rewards and I did. Definitely will be back.

Breakfast was good. The pillows and bedding were okay.

No white noise. Maybe make it possible to offer this? A fan or something.

Hard to get in and out of. It sits back out of the way. No sign by the road like the Holiday Inn which is right next door.

Was very clean liked the night help but when we checked out we told the lady the bed was hard and she just was rude shrugged her shoulders and made a face like we shouldn't be complaining about it and all we did was say the bed was very uncomfortable

We were traveling back hone from Omaha to Austin. When we got a late start in Omaha, we needed something closer than our original choice in OKC. Ponca city was an hour and a half closer so we landed here. I’m so glad we did, we chose the larger king suite and it was perfect for us and our 3 kids. Ponca City is about 15 mins off the highway but it’s well worth the drive.

The only negative was they didn’t have any cribs/pack and plays available as both were being used.

The bed was absolutely horrible ?!! Neighbor was noisy! And breakfast was awful and to pricy to have such a horrible lumpy mattress. Will never stay here agai
