Quality Inn Ponca City

it was not for the older people there was stairs with no elevator and didn't have a way to get to the lobby without going on a set of stairs.

It was in a good area of the town.

After checking in we walked into the hallway and the whole place stunk bad. The room smelled very bad as well. There were stains on the bed sheets and towels. The shower had no hot water at all. The hottest it got to was Luke warm. Terrible hotel!

Was charged more than what I was told it would be when I booked the room

Stayed there during the week while I was working I worked night shift the first morning I was back in the room two people walked into the room air conditioner barely worked found roaches walk on the door was broke completely off was not a comfortable expe

He was put in a smoking g room, however we are not smokers. There were burn spots every where and the room reaked so bad that my SO asked to be moved into a non smoking room. When he left, there were cops in the hallway,and he did not safe .

The location was great, close to where I needed to be and easy to find.

The towels and wash clothes were stained and dingy looking the sheets were stained. The place needs to call an exterminator. Cockroaches!!!! Need to clean rooms more thoroughly cleaned could see the dirt along floor boards and in corners.

You get what you pay for. The bottom floor I was on was supposed to be non-smoking but had some smokers. The room was ok but cheap sheets and a squeaky bed. It was a metal bed frame, and not a complete bed. Could have been better with just that fix.

Needs a better bed than the metal frame on wheels.

Water pipes burst and couldd not shower or flush the toilet

The front clerk was so pleasant and helpful. I will be staying here again when we visit Ponca City. The price and the cleanliness of the room were great!

I was amazed as soon as I walked into the front Lobby. Very nice and clean. I was kind of worried that the rooms would not be as nice as the website showed..But it surpassed all of my expectations. Staff was extremely helpful with recommendations.
