All the amenities, and very Clean.

loved the hotel and the atmophere was great. all was great but the Casino didn't pay any thing and everyone has been complaining about the same thing and said they were not going to come back anytime soon.

The smoke from the casino no longer fills the hotel guest rooms they fixed it. even the casino floor is no longer a toxic fog of smoke this place really stepped up their game

The room was very clean and neat. Staff were professional and helpful. Room was spacious, but a second chair or couch would have been nice so both of us had a place to sit.

The photos led us to believe there was a pool area adjacent to the hotel. The restaurant food was disappointing in its quality.

Very clean, and the staff was very friendly. The check in was very easy and the food was good.

It is consistent in it's cleanliness, friendliness, atmosphere.

Everyone was so helpful and courteous. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The rooms were non-smoking which is what I need but, because it is a casino hotel when you walked out in the hall the smoke odor was very strong. But I would think that would be very hard for the staff to control.

Clean hotel, clean comfortable rooms, nice staff that look professional. The Trophy restaurant has good quality food and great service.

Casino is nice but needs more and better variety of video poker machines.

It was clean, comfortable and modern.

Unfortunately, we had some things stolen from our room from what we believe was a staff member. When I approached the managers on duty, they became defensive and told me it was impossible. Will not stay here again.

The hotel and its staff was wonderful. The hotel front desk clerk, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

The only thing we did not like was the buffett, called Gilley's. All of their food was overcooked, hard and tasteless.

Hotel employee was very helpful at front desk.
