Hampton Inn & Suites Pauls Valley

It appears to only be a couple of years old, quite modern.

The access street east of the hotel needs to be upgraded. It is in poor condition and reflects poorly on the surrounding facilities.

Cleanness, staff friendly Restaurant close was very good.

Relatively new in appearance. Front desk clerk very friendly and helpful.

Only other staff person I interacted with (other than front desk) was housekeeping and we had to wait to use elevator because she wouldn't hurry up and finish her job mopping the elevator. Also, room temp was very hard to adjust. Also mold in the shower.

I paid extra for the breakfast and chose a nicer hotel for the indoor pool and it had neither available.

Everyone was friendly. The hotel was very very clean and smelled nice. The breakfast was wonderful the both days I was there and there is a free coffee bar open 24 hours! No bedbugs!! Great place to stay!

One elevator broke while I was there so only one working for guest and staff.

Great location, very clean, staff was nice - coffee was good, breakfast was average for free hotel breakfast but overall we loved it.

Only real issue was the bathroom "barn"type door that slides shut and really doesn't offer any sort of quite insulation or sound proof. When someone has to go to the bathroom or gets up earlier than others they can't shut the door and it be quiet.

Bed and bedding were great. Perfectly appointed room. Clean and quiet and spacious. Good looking commons area. Great set up for breakfast.

For a handicapped room, a low, close mirror would be helpful in the bathroom, for makeup and shaving

From the time we arrived until the minute we left, everything was perfect. The room was exceptionally clean, quiet and comfortable. Although this hotel chain is not our first choice, after our stay in Paul's Valley, we are reconsidering our preference.

Close to where I was going and best choice of all other hotels.

Had to lift up on the room door to open or close it because the top hinge was loose or wonky. Also, since hotel is under renovations, thought the price should have taken that into consideration. The breakfast offerings were very good.
