Residence Inn by Marriott Oklahoma City Airport

Cleanliness, breakfast, room with many amenities

Location - rooom was quite noisy due to highway noise

Check out time

Hotel was very clean! Nice location and I would absolutely stay here again!!!

Room was better than expected and easy to access.

The overall room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was decent and the kitchenette has cooking supplies which was nice. We didn't go to breakfast so I can't comment on that.

The pool was a little dirty but it was only leaves and sticks. No algae or anything of the sort. Breakfast is only 7am-9am. A little more time would be nice.

it was nice and everyone was friendly

I didn’t have any hot water in my room and they where supposed to call back no call back

Love the size of the rooms.

But need better coffee in rooms. Horrible coffee. Need a Keurig with starbucks or green mountain.

Costumer service super bad the two ladies in the lobby at 1:00am really bad costumer service they don’t want to help me.

Clean, good price and location.

No overhead protection from rain. Breakfast was fair.

The room was very spacious for the money. It was clean and comfortable. There was a good sized kitchenette in the room. It was stocked with kitchen items. The breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly.

Everything was great!

Check in quick

. Booked with booking.com. and hotel had no reservations for me. Took 2 days to get it straight

The hotel is newer with plenty of space. The bath towels were also soft. Felisha at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

Here is why I didn’t give it higher ratings. The carpet in the room was still damp from the carpet cleaning and apparently all the rooms were similar. Also, the tv kept flickering and it was difficult changing the channel. The pillows could have been more comfortable and a bit larger.

Room, bed, bathroom really nice

Staff not wearing mask. Otherwise terrific.

Loved the room! So clean and very roomy

The location is next to 2 other hotels. The views weren't great

Loved everything except the staff.

The person who checked us in was rude and unhelpful. She greeted me with “what do you need?” After I told her my name and that I was checking in, I had my ID and credit card ready. She grabbed them, handed them back with my key and started to walk off. I stopped her to ask where the elevators were. She pointed and left to go outside and snake. We therefore had no information about checkout, pool, gym or breakfast.

Great stay! Clean, smells good ?? definitely will stay again.

Please put a full length mirror in all rooms w/ great lighting above it!

Great location

Nothing , it was very nice and quiet

Stayed here with my college kids on the way home from a trip. Nice size and very comfy. Perfect for us.

Very friendly staff.
