Having to pay for parking.

The parking upon arrival is a frustrating mystery if you've never been. Park across the street in the (unrelated) garage for $10.

Location.

No pool. Terrible hot breakfast. Tasted horribe. Dry cereal was so much better than water gravy, bland eggs.

It was really clean and the breakfast was excellent.

I?d like to have had snacks available in machines on each floor. Having ice is great, but sometimes I want a little more.

We were attending a local game. Needed a last minute hotel room to stay for the night. They were able to accommodate with a beautiful room, excellent price, offered a delicious breakfast, staff was very friendly and helpful. 10 ¿¿

There was no parking in the lot on site so had to park in parking garage but it was cheaper anyway. B

It was clean. The room was nice. Staff was informative and friendly.

Close to the venue where I had meetings

I asked to decline having my room cleaned, but someone still showed up. I then placed the do not disturb sign on the door.

Loud! They sold out of kings. I wasn¿t interested in upgrading. As it turned out I had already prepaid more than it cost me to book direct ($104 and get points!). They put ne in a 2nd floor double on the corner at the road and it was unbearably lou

The convenience and the cleanliness.

I did not like the added parking fee. And I was put in a room on the street side and the traffic noice was very loud all night long!! The staff was not very friendly, I did not feel welcomed when I checked in and had to ask how to get to my room.

Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean.

The property was great!! It was very convenient to the concert we were going to at the paycom center. The valet was amazing he had our car ready and even turned on the heated seats for us.

The location was good for me and it was clean

The parking was supposed to be included but turned out to cost $25 per night while the public parking next door was only $10 per night, the internet required me to call into the hotel off site tech support daily to get it to work, and you have to remove the toilet paper rolls from. You the dispenser because while they look good they instantly jam when you pull on the toilet paper

I enjoyed the location. Close to where we needed to be.

I wish the breakfast options were a bit better, the eggs and egg jalapeno souffle was very dry.

The breakfast was really good, staff was very helpful. Easy to check-in and very secure facility. I felt safe. And definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

I stayed here for the YB concert and I literally had to pay to park my car in the garage. That was a little of an inconvenience.

It was close to the convention center

Didn’t like the hotel parking was valet only that was the whole point of me staying at a hotel next to the convention center to walk back-and-forth. Had to pay $10 to get in to the parking garage, then had to walk to the hotel.
