- The cleanliness of the hotel.
- I didn't have any issues with a late check in.
- Very nice, clean and pretty. Location
Cons -
- Two things (1) the lady at the desk, which I did not get her name when we arrived. This lady was very cold and not very customer friendly. (2) The charge for breakfast, in other hotels the meal was complimentary. Next time a different hotel.
- The hotel was not very clean. There was a big stain on the rug on the floor I was staying on, and a stain and hair on one of my hand towels. The room was dim. The location was in a less than great area of OKC.
- the bed was too firm husband and I did not sleep well
