Staff had no idea what they were doing. Room was a mess. AC made a loud noise and stopped working during the night.

Very clean. Rooms were pretty quiet. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was very good.

The staff member who checked us in  was so nice and helpful! Loved our room, we had a dog-friendly suite on the ground floor which was amazing. It was quiet and comfortable, and breakfast was good. This was our 2nd time staying at this Home2.

If I have to say something here, the pocket door for the bathroom does need some adjusting. If it closes all the way, it's really hard to get open from the inside! The right amount of pressure will get it open but I can see why others have complained.

The hotel itself was outstanding and my family kept telling me how clean and well maintained it was. The decor really made you feel current with a modern look throughout. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we look forward to staying again!

My room was right by the kitchen, and I was woke uo at 5:30am by what sounded like demolition taking place. I called the front desk they said they would ask them to keep it down. That lasted about 20 min. Then it was as loud as ever.

The room was very nice. It was clean and modern, and features a nice kitchen area with microwave, sink, and dishwasher. There are dishes provided in the room and you can request an induction burner for cooking. The whole grain waffles were delicious!

I booked a king size room and was given a queen. There were no king rooms available to be given to me. I felt that the provided breakfast was a little lacking. I would have liked to see bacon or sausage available.

Decent price for a one night stay

The doors have a 1” gap at the bottom making it a bit noisier than most hotels. You can hear people walking down the hall, hear their conversations, etc

Liked the cleanliness of hotel both inside and out. It was very easy to find from the interstate.

I wish I could of stayed some extra nights.

Exceeded my expectations. I have stayed at several locations over the past 6 months and this is my fav so far. There is a nice surprise in the back - walking trail overlooking the water as well.

Rooms are very accommodating. Comfortable bed, small living area with couch and a kitchenette.

Hallways carpet is a little dated

In the first room the water faucet in the bathroom was not working. I was changed in to another room where they were roaches. Even though it was clean from over all but this was infested with pest.

The location by the river is a gem. Liked the view of the water from the pool and the ease of accessing the park. I also really liked the carpeted, clean fire-code compliment stairs.I liked the bathroom mirror lighting. It was soft and spa-like, not glaring white.We chose the hotel in the first place because it offered an EV charging station so we were able to charge our car.

A better handle on the bathroom pocket door would be helpful. I have weak nails and a few times I had to really struggle to open the door from the inside.More non-tesla EV ports would be great. There's an honor-system with EV drivers, but as EVs get more popular there will be more people competing for open ports.
