Pros +
- I love the staff and how most of them make you feel like family.
- Quiet, staff friendly
- The room itself was very nice for the price and star rating of the hotel.
Cons -
- There is one lady that work Wednesday the afternoon shift till like 11 pm that was very rude not just to me but to all guest.
- I stay in hotels all over the US for my job as a flight attendant. I will tell you that the most important necessity for a hotel room is the MATTRESS. I thought the mattresses could have been much better. They were too soft and thin.
- coffee in the lobby was always cold. breakfast was not that great. no ice. pool water was green nasty looking. in OK city several times a year but will not stay here.
