Holiday Inn Express & Suites Oklahoma City Airport By IHG

Amenities were good!

Breakfast attendant was good, buffet was a bit lackluster.

Appearance Pretty Excellent restaurant across the street ?

Weird obnoxious atmosphere Horrible depressing music Music ruined My stay 2 things going on at the same time with opposing agenda Mentally unhealthy Weird mood thing

Very clean, comfortable bed, good wifi, good breakfast, friendly staff, nice desk work area

The continental breakfast was good.

The room was not that clean and the pool was extremely dirty. However the staff was nice and helpful.

Location to where I needed to be.

Girl up front was indifferent Pool is dirty around rim, like an old bathtub. Had to use the net to remove hair and other items from the pool. Room was muggy some of the carpet is come away from the wall No one cleaned or restocked our washcloths

The room was clean and comfortable. They did provide full size shampoo and conditioner as well as makeup remover cloths.

The first night there when I went to take a shower there was no hot water. The water pressure was very low as well. We go up to eat breakfast sat morning and it didn't start until 7 and we had to leave by 7.

Friendly staff, great location very clean

Only issue we had was our keys wouldn¿t work even after reprogramming them. The hotel staff had to let us in with master key and one of us had to remain in the room to get back in but there were 4of us and a short stay so it wasn¿t a really big deal

The staff was nice and the room was clean. Comfortable bed.

The breakfast left a lot to be desired, maybe the worst I¿ve had at a Holiday Inn. Everything was very dry, pancake machine needed to be replaced. We ended up stopping to get food elsewhere.

The room was big and clean

Swimming pool was dirty and small

Room was clean and bed was comfortable

Fan in the bathroom and room both ran all night. Bathroom fan should turn off and room fan should be automatic. The duvet on the comforter is not breathable and skids all around and wasn¿t attached to the comforter itself.

Clean and comfortable room with friendly staff. Breakfast was great also! Love having the hot options rather than just cereal and muffins like other places!

We have stayed here twice already, and did not have any issues at all. We booked a double queen size room. The rooms are big, and clean. I do not have any complaints. Will stay here again for sure.

The room was spacious, everything spotless. I saw staff cleaning all the time to keep everything above par. Bed was comfortable and location is great. So close to everything.

Very clean, nice bed, very comfortable. Highly enjoyed our stay.

No, the staff was friendly and the hotel was awesome

Location & included breakfast. Variety of breakfast choices.

The landscaping could use attention. Crepes myrtles are blooming beautifully but last years dead stems are sticking out several feet from the top. Mowing could be mowed all the way to the ditch. High grass that can harbor snakes, spiders, etc.

Clean rooms, good location for me, friendly staff, good breakfast provided. Will definitely stay again

Clean and relaxing atmosphere. We did enjoyed the breakfast but wish they had a bacon other than sausage. Staff were polite and friendly. Rooms are quite spacious and very clean. I like the walk in shower, which I preferred. Parking lot was clean and open

Nothing complain at all.

We had to cancel because my wife was sick and throwing up. At the time we did no know if it was a stomach bug or possibly COVID so we felt it would be best that we stayed home and avoid possibility spreading something to others. We were not refunded.

Because she was sick with these symptoms we felt that not coming into your building would be the right thing to do and that your ownership would appreciate the fact that they would not have to clean sanitize and possibly quarantine behind a sick guest.

location, pool, non-smoking, & cleanliness

did not like that there was no free hot breakfast among other things

Convenient, that is about it. I have been to other Holiday Inn Express¿s but this one has not been kept well.

They let people walk around without masks and was not maintained and deep cleaned
