night staff was rude, morning staff rude...room floor gross and dirty rag on restroom sink

Location was great! Food got boring after a couple of days. There were days when breakfast items weren't available...breakfast staff not real nice.

Liked most everything.

The rooms are always so clean and comfy, and the breakfasts and coffee is very good.

The public restroom downstairs was very dirty

The staff and the shuttle driver were friendly.

The water pressure was terrible.

Hotel was fairly new and clean. Rooms were nice and beds were comfortable.

Breakfast was 6 to 9, at 7:15 the food was not out, which was disappointing. Leaving no choice but to eat breakfast somewhere else. Breakfast was included in the price but was only available the last morning of our 5th night stay.

Friendly staff.

The 24 hr shuttle to and from the airport was in shop when we needed it. No plan B was in place. So I had to hire Lift to get to car rental place.

Clean room, good bed, Nice shower. Breakfast was pretty good. Good sized TV. Convenient free shuttle service.

Breakfast was OK, could have more fresh hot food and better fruit selection.

Super comfortable beds and pillows. Very clean room and good breakfast. Front desk woman was defensive, curt and unfriendly. I asked for a receipt at check out and she flipped! I experienced it when I had called to hotel to ask about the hotel shuttle.

The cleanliness and look! Hotel employee was nice upon my arrival Friday. I can¿t say the other staff was friendly, the lady and guy who were in the kitchen area and the front desk clerk did not speak at all Saturday morning.

Ants crawling all over breakfast table. Told staff and comment was oh yeah we can¿t get rid of them and it¿s been going on for months.

This is my go-to hotel when I need to stay in that area I can always count on a dreamy bed from the mattress to the pillows to the bedding. Also, the coffee is the best because each cup is fresh ground coffee.

My only issue this visit is that the cable seemed to be messed up and some of my favorite channels weren't available and no local channels were available either and the fire alarm went off at 6am but thankfully it was a malfunction.

It's been sparkling clean both times I've stayed there. That's probably #1. Location with access to river trail system is right up there with it.

Location, super quiet, comfortable, friendly staff

The rooms and hotel were very clean

Very noisy outside my room which was next to the parking lot ground floor. I specifically called about airport shuttle because of an early flight. They block 5-6am for the airline which was exactly when I needed to leave for the airport. No microwave

Clean & modern. Great breakfast choices, well presented.

Front desk was less than friendly & hospitable on arrival.
