This is a beautiful hotel. It's in a great location.

My room was not very clean. There were several items left from previous guests in my room. The parking situation is crazy, but it is downtown.

My husband & I were in town for a concert at a venue that was located just a block away which was very convenient. Quite a few resaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Our only complaint was the lack of & expense of parking.

The location in relation to downtown or the streetcar is great!

For the stars and price, I assumed it would be nicer ? But the rooms just seem cheaply upgraded. Still okay..

It was a nice hotel and located in a great spot for a single traveling woman.

Someone spilled something in the elevator (looked like soda) and I went and told the front desk and an hour later it was still there. The next morning when I was leaving it was still there but dry. The hotel lobby was dead, she could have cleaned it up.

The staff is very friendly. It¿s clean and the bed is comfortable.

Cleanliness and location

The other 3 hotels in the area had parking vouchers arranged with a nearby parking garage so you could get free parking. That was a disappointment. Not even complimentary coffee in the morning. We will stay elsewhere next time.

Very nice looking hotel.

The floor was very dirty.trash still on the floor, definitely seemed that it hadn't been mopped in weeks.

Loud people in the hallways at 3am, but they must have been coming in from the bars. They went to their rooms and we didn't hear from them again. The parking situation isn't the best. You can park across the street for $25 or in a lot next door for.
