Location, large clean and comfortable lobby, basic but comfortable and well designed room. Good amenities in room.
A few doors by the elevator on our floor were damaged (veneer missing in spots) and hallway walls scuffed. Didn't leave a great impression. Needs to be tidied up.

Very beautiful hotel, walking distance to so good restaurants and the river/canal. The best thing is the valet, they were on top of their game getting my car when I needed it. There is a fee but worth it.
Only thing I dislike was the restroom door, it was a sliding door but wouldn’t close completely.

It was very clean. Location was perfect. The staff was excellent. The valet parking staff was amazing very professional.
The breakfast could’ve been better or part of the price of the room but IHOP is not but a few steps away

Breakfast was fantastic. Staff was very friendly. Hotel was beautiful and location was great.
Between booking.com and the hotel, they lost our reservation. I was traveling cross country with my cousin and 110 lb dog so we requested a double room and when we got there the evening of our stay after 14 hours in the car they were out of double rooms. He had to sleep on a pull out couch and I requested actual bedding and it was never brought.

It was the perfect starting point in OKC/Bricktown to explore OKC Downtown and Bricktown by feet and by streetcar. The room was very good and the hotel very modern!
The valet parking does not allow the new guests to make the checkin if they do not give them the car keys! This means if you want to do self parking you can not park directly for 5-10 minutes in front of the lobby! Unbelievable!

Good location, easy access to restaurants and nightlife.Room was spacious and clean.
Staff always surprised and shocked before even any question is addressed towards them.After an 11 night stay, my request for a 2PM late check out due to my flight, was denied, stating 12 is the best they can do, which is a pretty normal check out time. If the hotel was full it would have been understandable.
