Generally clean and easy to get in and out of. Free parking and quick access to food and shopping options without being too busy.

Rooms are showing first signs of aging. Small gaps in LVT flooring and furniture is starting to show signs of normal wear. Might be slightly understaffed.

Location

Bathroom was set up very weird. Not a logical set up for a 4 person family. Traveling past the shower to get ready or go to the bathroom didn't work for our family. Also, no drawers to put anything away. Everything out in the open.

The location. Close to the highway but far enough away not to hear it! The modern look. Very clean and new!

I stay here often for work. It's very frustrating that the back door has been broken for MANY months. I prefer parking on the side my room is on and it's extremely inconvenient for that door to be broken.

Bed was comfy

The floors were sticky or in desperate need of a vacuum. Coffee pot was not cleaned or replenished. Maids tried to barge in early in the morning without knocking.

I had requested and paid extra for 2 queen beds through app, upon checking in was informed that none were available, king only.

The environment is classy and clean.

The hotel lady was not friendly. There was no mention of room service either or any amenities. Just a check in. No smile.

I didn¿t feel super welcome upon arrival. The hotel worker did not greet us and it felt strange. I never could seem to get her to smile. The morning staff was amazing.

One of the listed amenities was their bar. They advised, at check-in, it is closed indefinitely. Apparently they can not find staff to run it. This should have been disclosed. I would have booked another hotel.

Gave away our room and charged us. So no room available upon arrival. Had leave to find another one. Beware of booking here as adjacent Marriott properties say this is not uncommon for this property and it's not Marriott's policy to cancel your room.

Modern look and cleanliness

They didn¿t restock the Shampoo and conditioner in the shower so my husband could not wash his hair

Bed and nice big parking lot

Shower was not private due to the open bathroom concept which sucks. I selected the downtown location and got shipped off to this crummy spot in the suburbs. Not happy.

Great value and very pet friendly. Well thought out design.

Would have liked a chair and drawer storage in the room. The chair was a bit of a problem but storage was adequate.

Check in was smooth and I enjoyed the laughs. Very friendly staff! The bed was also super comfortable.

There was some dirt or wood shavings over by the air unit.
