Residence Inn by Marriott Oklahoma City Northwest

The large large room- separate kitchen & bedroom- huge bathroom.

There was nothing wrong about this hotel. The next time I¿m in Oll City I will be staying there.

The room was great

They charged my card that was to only be for incidents. I have paid for this room twice and I am having the hardest time getting a refund

Breakfast was bad. Hair in good and food and drink were poor quality

Almost like home. The room comes with everything you need down to the can opener.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Missing a floor mat in the bathroom for when I got out of the shower. Hair care products were duplicates of the lotion, no shampoo. I did have some, but that was after using the lotion on my hair =(

Incredibly nice hotel. Listing says 3 star but I would definitely rate it higher. I didn't need the kitchen or fridge, but it had a full size fridge and great kitchen area. Netflix capabilities on the tv was nice also.

We stay here frequently and it is always great!

The pull out bed had a brownish liquid under the mattress! And had hair all over the sheets that were on that bed. I am STILL waiting on my REFUND! I will not delete this until I get it either!

-The breakfast included was very practical and convenient. I enjoyed the suite like room with full mini kitchen with appliances and dishes! The front desk lady was a lifesaver when I told her I had forgotten my razor, she gave me three and asked if I needed shaving cream!

I stayed there two nights and housekeeping didn’t check on my room. I don’t know if they had a delay or something but that’s about it. I noticed too that other customers went to front desk to get towels and toilet paper too so I figured that it was the same thing.

The property was great and super clean. The front desk and housekeeping staff was excellent, super attentive and friendly.

We really like this chain and seek it out amongst others. This one was in a good location and had free parking.Good size room with great kitchen area.

Unusually this didn't meet the standard of other Residence Inns. The bathroom required maintenance, there was a greasy handprint on the shower screen and questionable hairs in the shower. The shelf in the shower was loose and there was a lot of mildew. The toilet was also loose. We could hear a very loud mobile phone conversation from the next room which we've never experienced before. The sofa bowed in the middle. The external lighting was visible through the curtains all night.

I like clean but little dust. And tv remote control doesn't work for kids.

Ok front office they need welcome face first customer.

Perfect location. Near shopping stores and restaurants. Staff when checking in and checking out were so nice.

The kitchen and appliances were great. Everything we needed was available.

The pool hadn't been cleaned yet, so we couldn't use it.

sofa bed hadn’t been cleaned. when we pulled it out there were numerous items such as lighters and trash.

great stay 2nd year in row at same location. Big car show I attended in the city

Very good

Someone burned popcorn and stunk up the whole floor. Actually was alarming at first not knowing what the smell was.
