Trash cans overflowing in the lobby and the pool hours were noon to 10pm. So you can't swim before checkout. What a rip off.

No cleaning service unless you ask. I definitely had needed more towels so I had to just go get them

No wifi for days, room door not secure, broken toilet

We visit a relative who lives nearby. Your location is excellent!! And there are many of restaurants we can choose during our visit.

One minor thing. The bathroom shower value fell off when attempting to use. I simply screwed it back on. Other than that, everything is as we expected.

It was clean.

The staff were rude and the manage was not helpful.

Seemed to be a party going on, music was so loud from one of the rooms. Beer bottles and open drinks left at check in counter, bullets on the floor before entering the elevator. Lamp was missing shade in our room, tv didn't have any channels. Overall 0

Hotel employee were excellent in helping me resolve a problem I had with booking. You need more like them. == I needed to extend my stay but employees on other shifts were not helpful. There was Confusion as to the ¿new¿ rules on extending my stay.

I needed to extend my stay due to family emergency. Some members of you staff were not helpful. They were either not well informed or inexperienced. = I was asked to return to the front desk at least three times to finally get my room confirmed.

Liked it¿s location to my destination.

Room had an unpleasant odor. Did not smell ¿clean¿. The room was also a little high on humidity, maybe due to a poor working A/C??

The the minute you walk into the hotel it smells clean and fresh. It looks clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The only complaint I have is that I wish the pool was open when I was there cause I sure would¿ve liked to of sat in the hot tub and took a dip in the pool. It was a very hot day, but they hadn¿t got it quite open yet, but other than that I have no ccm

Staff was great, Check-in was easy, Rooms was nice, location was perfect. We went to a concert and the location was perfect. Restaurant and shopping all up and down the place.

Bed was a little too firm, we had a noisy neighbor. But other than that it was perfect.

Very convenient to our place to visit. Parking was good. Well lite outside. Good parking. Breakfast and coffee was good.

The A/C was not working properly. It was not pulling the humidity out. A little damp inside. - The toilets have a new type of flush system which is loud during sleeping hours.

Fresh water, coffee & misc. items always available. Workout room clean and neat. Chauncey gave us good advise on local places.

Not the hotel itself, but construction materials were left out in the pool patio area; Including buckets of paint and large boards that blocked the sidewalk.

Friendly staff,the request made were promptly delivered.

Bedding sheets needed to be replaced, appeared to be slightly soiled upon arrival. On duty staff were very helpful in the replacement of the bedding

Carpet was frayed in two areas Recliner lever was chewed up. We were traveling with a dog and brought it to their attention before bringing our pet down from the vehicle. This is the only place that charged $20 pet fee and $10 credit card fee.

That it had a decent breakfast , the staff was helpful and friendly, the hotel has been remodeled for the most part.

The elevators need redone. They are old slow and nasty on the inside. The rooms could use new doors and there is still faint smells of cigarettes.

The only thing I liked about this hotel was it was clean.

The staff was rude. The shower was broken. The staff was literally attempting to illegally sell weed in front of me and my sister. Then flat out told me they forgot about us and laughed. Well over an hour later. On cell phones the whole time.

Absolutely nothing! The fact they were able to implement a new incidental charge rule, I was not able to accommodate at the time I attempted to check in, allowing them to refuse accommodation and still charge me.

They stated they couldn't charge my card for the stay until check in. Therefore I booked the other LaQuinta. AFTER I purchased the room at the other location, this hotel charged me for a room I was never given. Now they won't answer customer service.

Nothing. Very sketchy and strange people walking around

WE BROUGHT BED BUGS HOME FROM THESE PEOPLE AND THEY WONT REFUND OR EVEN LISTEN TO US ABOUT. WE HAVE A 9 MONTH OLD AND THEY INTERFERE WITH HIS SLEEP AND THATS WHERE I DRAW THE LINE. WE HAVE TO THROW OUT ALL FURNITURE AND BUY BRAND NEW. WE CANT AFFORD THIS!

The front desk gentleman at time of checkin was very helpful and polite

The one and only thing I didn¿t care for was the elevator and how unclean and unsafe it seemed.

Clean and the room was pretty.

No breakfast. No Coke machines. TV wasn't hooked up annoying remote. Charged us $2 each for yucky chips.
