No soap provided. Staff was snippy when I was waiting to be checked out and she was across the room chatting with another employee.

The young lady, who checked me in was awesome. She is an asset to your company! Breakfast was delicious and well stocked. Great place to stay. Thank you!

Nope. Everything was great!

After being advised that I could pay a $15 dollar late checkout fee for 1pm they kicked my girlfriend out of the room at noon & made her sit in the lobby with all of our things.

Homeless person arguing in lobby. Phone didn't work in our room, room smelled like smoke, The fridge and microwave were unplugged.

As I was checking in I was required to pay a ?refundable $50 deposit? which was not mentioned when I reserved the room. As of now it has not been refunded.

The staff is very friendly, the unit is clean and well cared for, and I will be a repeat customer anytime I need to go to that part of the city as I've already stayed there twice and both times the stay has been more than expected.

there are dogs barking at night in other rooms. The hallway has smoking smells. And we were all wake up at 6:30am by a fire alarm.

The hotel was very nice we spent 5 day and really for the price was over my expectations the staff , very friendly and attentive

The staff was so welcoming. Everything was explained well, the room was extremely clean and comfortable, and the free breakfast available in the morning had many delicious choices. Everything was perfect.

The rooms were not clean had to beg maid for towels and clean rooms. There were no towels available to hours later. Never again

Tv not woking. Ckerk said to talk to morning person for adjustment. Morning person said to ccall aftet noon to speak to that person (knowing good and well I would be long gone by then.

The night clerk fell asleep 3 times helping me and took 20 minutes to check me in only to be given keys for a room that was already occupied by other people that we walked in on. She then argued with me that the room was vacant. I recorded it on video.

The front desk clerk put me in a room that was near the pool, the ice machine and backed up to the breakfast buffet area....very noisy. I was staying overnight to recover from cataract surgery so I wasn't aware of the problem until late.

The front desk clerk needs better training to make sure a customer isn't subjected to a noisy environment. My stay 2 weeks ago was perfect because the desk clerk understood my need for quite as I was recovering from my first cataract surgery.

Yes, the room was disappointing. The carpet was dirty, there was mold on the walls in the bathroom, the shower head would not stay in place and my husband had to rig it so we could use it. Plus the AC barely worked, we had to buy a fan to stay cool.

The room had a bad odor. There was trash under the edge of the mattress under the night stand. There was hair in the bathtub and on the wall. It just did not feel clean. We checked out the next morning.

Mold in the bathroom, carpet was moist. Maybe from the pool next door?

Location was easy. Room was clean and the staff was really great.

The location felt sketchy. It was behind a giant fence I think it was a rental car place? There were people outside drinking and smoking at all hours. NOT quiet.

Entrance was dirty,bed bug( I have pics),coffee pot broke and person next to me had the reeking of marijuana.Weirdos looking in the pool windows.

Coming out in the morning and being happy my vehicle was still there. Bad neighborhood tweaker central
