Pros +

  • Kind helpful staff.room clean
  • The air conditioning
  • The breakfast

Cons -

  • Bedspread with cigarette holes. Microwave in poor condition. Advertised breakfast not provided just coffee location scary for senior traveling alone.
  • Everything. The staff gave our room out multiple times, we had people walk into our room claiming it's their room. Drug activity and fighting constantly, addicts in the stairs and passed out on the property. Rude staff, only good part was housekeeping.
  • Didn't get any room service, no clean towels and I was there for 3 days, meth heads knocking on my door late at night and hanging in the hallways and stair cases, blocking them to where no one could get down to the first floor

I loved the staff, the location and the deposit set up! (Love that you can pay the deposit in cash and get it when you leave.)

The mini fridge didn’t work (we was only there a few hours so it didn’t break us) the beds wasn’t that’s comfortable as well as the shower was leaking all over the floor. They don’t inform you that in order to get your deposit back you have to be there at checkout for somebody like me who was traveling across country. I only need to be there for few hours. This was very inconvenient.

The staff was nice and it had security but homeless/drug users slept in stairwell anyway. It had a coffee pot and 2 coffee things for 2 cups. A microwave and mini fridge that needed cleaning.

The room and bathroom shower was not clean. The bedspreads had cigarette holes in it though it and sheets were clean.. even with security that came to run off the drug addicts, I had to step over a woman and man to get down the stairs to go get breakfast and coffee...it was a little scary.

Convenient to places we wanted to visit while in OKC. Also close to place for breakfast.

My parents had to move due to air conditioning not working.

8ConniePosted on: 1-19-2026

It was close to event location and restaurant and stores

The homeless were everywhere! First night we had homeless outside our door yelling. We had to call the front desk to get them away.

1SamanthaPosted on: 1-19-2026

Woman at the front desk was very nice. But nothing else.

Rolled up after driving for 10 hrs and there were three cop cars out front. Lots of people who weren’t staying at the hotel around and people doing hard drugs in the stair well. Found the room and there was something that was brown smeared on the top of the wall, the top sheet had a burn hole in it, if you moved the lamp shade it flickered the light, the door knob in the bathroom wasn’t attached to the actual door, the place smelled like pee, and the AC was locked at a certain temp. And the box springs were stained brown and weird. Would not recommend.

The room was fine

Everything. It was gross and falling apart plus some druggy or homeless person peed on my car

2RechandaPosted on: 1-19-2026

The maids did not clean, or switch out bedding sheets. Found a infestation of bedbugs on one of the beds. Continuously s

There were bedbugs and roaches in the room.

1GracePosted on: 1-19-2026

The price

Cockroaches and crack pipe burns literally everywhere. On the AC, on the sink counter, on the toilet, on the bath tub, the knobs were missing from the AC, so you couldn't adjust the temperature, and the slip mat in the bathtub was black when it was supposed to be clear. The smoke detector was ripped out of the wall.

5JasonPosted on: 1-19-2026

Staff seemed super nice.

The room was supposed to be non-smoking- it smelled like someone had just smoked a pack in it. The bathroom ceiling had mold/mildew and was caving in. All the pictures on here showed carpet, and very clean. Our sheets had spots all over them- the walls were FILTHY. The pictures on here are very deceiving. The location according to other things was okay, but we did not feel very safe as a man in a wheelchair and my wife having to get to our room.

The comfortable bed

The constant police sirens, vagrants walking and sitting around facility property, tv did not function properly with remote, walls were dirty.

1CalkinsPosted on: 1-15-2026

Bad

Lots of homeless doing drugs in the stairwell. Staff locked me out of my room one day early and packed up all my things and said they were told by another o wasn't coming back? Still have not seen my money returned.

1MahiruPosted on: 1-14-2026

Nothing good

This guys were trying to scam me off my 50 bucks. I booked a smoking room by the time I reached the room wasn’t ready so they said they have a non-smoking room and I accepted it. I smoke my cigarette outside and do all my stuff outside and I’m ready to check out. They want to check in and they told me they are not refunding me my 50 bucks because they can hear cigarette smell in their room that’s bullshit

1JasonPosted on: 1-9-2026

The bed and pillows were comfortable. That is it

Unsafe room electrical plug. Floor in the room felt like I was going to fall through. Also the homeless population camped out in the breezway and stairwell area of the property. It was very unsafe feeling. When I went to check out and approached the staff at the front desk she said she couldn't deduct any money off since I didnt book directly through them. I feel as if the place should be condemned. The staff at the front desk also blamed the homeless population on their lack of security for the property.

5KimPosted on: 1-8-2026

Rooms are comfortable. Nice staff.

A lot of homeless hanging out 24/7. Especially after dark. Always hanging in the stairwells, yelling, fighting, doing drugs and I didn't want to go outside after dark.

The horrible stay at this hotel

1. The staff was quite sarcastic and rude. He is also a gaslighter. I told him that many strange people roam around hotels. He told me that the hotel is fully secure and those are not bad people. That is not the point. The point is they need to make sure that the hotel is a place for the security and safety of the guests.2. None of us could sleep that night because of strange people in the hotel. Some were pretending to be guests, some were secretly looking at us, and there was a bunch of homeless people. To sleep, we just blocked our door with a chair in case of danger.3. The room was dirty and smelled of smoke. The door and furniture were old and not refurbished. The towels were dirty and stained. All in all, it was a horrible experience, and I will never, ever go near that place. I hope the management and the city governance will inspect and investigate the horrifying things happening in that hotel.

The property is clean

The surrounding feels scary as there were fights outside the room. Homeless are everywhere roaming around the property.

I booked online, then later found out that they didn't actually have any rooms available
