I love the walk in showers in the rooms instead of the puddles they call tubs.

Was great until the onset of summer; booked several times this year. Come summer, unsupervised kids and staff not willing to deal with them effectively overnight has become the norm. I paid too! Should be able to sleep at 2am!

Staff was rude, breakfast was late, Room was loud I’ve machine was leaking all over the floor in the hallway no attempt to clean it up or even a wet floor sign.

Bugs were in the room bed sheets were dirty and bathroom’s door nob was broken the worst experience ever

Convenient location

Possibly the loudest traffic noise I've heard in a hotel ever. It was as if there was a window open. Impossible to sleep until post midnight once traffic died down. If you stay here insist on a room facing away from the intersection

Rooms were very spacious, great location and friendly staff

It was affordable and clean.

Claimed breakfast until 10.Wife went down at 8:15, I went down at 9. There was nothing left except diy waffles. My wife said the last time they put food out was 8:30 and that food was gone by 8:45.No more food was put out. Had to eat breakfast elsewhere.

Sticker shock! Yes they take pets. But $90 EXTRA NONREFUNDABLE. Neither of my visitors who were local could find my hotel and ended up at the other Hilton next door. Suggest better signage at entry drives.

Hotel was clean and nice. Staff was very friendly. Great value for the money. Would definitely stay again.

It was very clean. I like that. The staff was very friendly from hotel employee who checked me in to all the other folks I encountered during my stay. Loved the parking and the grab and go breakfasts, since I was going to work each morning.

The faint odor when sitting on couch which I am sure was from a dog who had been a guest. I would like for there to be "no pet" rooms the same as "no smoking" rooms. Dog odors are pretty noticeable for folks who don't have pets.

Breakfast was great, there was a great variety of options.

At breakfast there was a guy just loading up his plate for later, he even waited for them to bring out more so he could load up on more so basically there wasn't much left for everyone else. When we got there that evening, the woman working said she had some broken ribs so she wasn't carrying the big fountains for fresh coffee, and water. There should've been someone else that could do that and make sure it was stocked regardless. We've stayed here quite a few times over the past few years, this is our go-to hotel, while I will absolutely continue staying there, our room this time was not up to standards. We walked in, and we're immediately hot in the face with the smell of dog pee. If someone who previously stayed in the room has pets, the carpet needs to be deep cleaned, the smell was awful. While we were only staying one night, and I did have some room spray we could spray, it still smelled. The pillows need to be replaced as well, the down pillows are no longer holding their shape, and even with two stacked, I still sank in. Someone also must've spilled coffee or something on the pillows, and bed because the entire bed smelled syrupy as if they spilled it and of course the pillows don't get washed. Who ever stayed in this room before us, absolutely made a mess.

We were so impressed with the property!! The staff was amazing - from Daniel in Sales - to everyone at the front desk, everyone was extremely helpful and professional.

The only thing that concerned me was that one of your treadmills was out of order. Fortunately, the gym was not crowded, so I was able to use the other treadmill. The fitness center is very important to me. It was very clean and I was happy there were multiple aerobic machines.

Clean, easy to get to. Breakfast was decent

It had a little couch living room area gave us some where to sit. Had a dishwasher... surprised. We didn't use.

1.Sheets had blood/ ink something- they came changed all linens right away. 2.Bathroom pocket door would not stay shut lock broke, had to shove towel into side for privacy. 3. Two elevators - 1 was broke and was clearly broke awhile. 4. The 6th floor was 85 degrees. By the time you waited for elevator and got down stairs you were dripping sweat!

The cleaning staff came and took my phone charger from the room I left it in the morning on the bedside table when I returned at night I couldn't find it anymore
