Best Western Plus Saddleback Inn & Conference Center

Hot tub was nice older hotel . Bar and restaurant on site .

Everyone was friendly. The breakfast was amazing!

I know this is petty but we are a tall couple and the toilets were so short.

Very close to the Fairgrounds for the dog show, clean and the a/c worked really well. It was 110 degrees heat index when we were there and the room stayed cool.

Left a note for housekeeping needing cups for coffee and water for 3 days. Called the front desk about it. Never did get anymore than what was there when we checked in which were gone by the end of day 2 of 5.

The setup of the hotel, the pool was great, breakfast was fantastic, personnel were friendly and attentive, the atmosphere was very friendly and nice.

If you like meth, homelessness and gunshots - this is your place! Stayed four nights. First night at 10:00 pm gunshots outside our window. Third night at midnight more gunshots. Weird pervert tried to get into my teenage daughter's room.

Everything!

definitely didn¿t like the $100 hold on my card for damages etc ¿ not everyone has the extra money to be taken off on a trip. i get that the card should be on file for that but not taking it off and than taking forever for money to be back on the card¿

Friendliness of the staff, pool, outdoor sitting area and breakfast

Location it wasn¿t in the best area

Staff was helpful.

Old, no usb connections or WI-FI in the rooms.

Nothing. The room was dirty. The carpet and the couch had multiple dirty stains.

I was bitten by bedbugs at 3 am in the morning and had to be transferred to a new room. Bedbugs were located inside the room. Pictures were taken of the bedbugs and they were provided to management.

Clean, comfortable room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast area was roomy and kept clean. Buffet breakfast was nice with a variety of food. Hotel is older, but is well maintained.

The only way to get ice was at the front desk.

The breakfast area and woman serving were great.

I chose this hotel because of the stars and the reviews BUT I had to ¿clean¿ counters, shower, toilets etc again because of hairs being everywhere. Also our toilet wasn¿t refilling after being flushed, so my husband had to play plumber...not worth the $

Price

Front door would not shut completely notified staff and situation was not addressed.

Layout lots of parking

Loud guests having a lot of company through out the night

The staff are friendly, the room was very clean, and the breakfast is pretty good! This is our preferred hotel when traveling to OKC.

The hot tub was down for maintenance. Bad timing for maintenance on a busy weekend.

Location was perfect and so was the price. The clerk at the front desk was wonderful as was the maintenance man we had. Very friendly and helpful.

When picking up our food order the gentleman behind the bar was visibly annoyed at the fact I was wearing my face covering and was rude.

The location is great and the staff were very nice and respectful. The bar tender took care of us well and he is a very good, hard worker. He makes sure the guests are being taken care of.

Our room was a bit dirty. The bathroom had toothpaste stains/marks on the light switch. The bathtub had shampoo/soap marks from the previous occupants too. The sink too was dirty a bit.

Location was great. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Pool was nice

The room was non smoking, the bathroom smelled like smoke pretty bad. TV didn¿t work, we had some one from the front desk come down he tried a few things and said it should work. He left he room and still didn¿t work.

Nice pool , nice breakfast, clean comfortable rooms.

Breakfast

The bathroom in our room could have been a little cleaner and the tile floor was sticky.

I did not like my experience with this hotel. Never had an issue booking a room and adding a guest and not having access to my room to the point where I did not get to stay there.

Yes, I didn't have access to my room I booked online with my bank card.
