Staff is very supportive

Fooding is not available in hotel . Only claiming the free brake fast is not serving the purpose . No brake fast is there . No taxi for going any where . If anybody is having issue to book UBER then it is very confusing situation . Food should be avl.

Location

Staff was very rude. Rooms were moldy and had hair everywhere! They knocked on our door wanting us out before checkout.

this hotel was filthy, the furniture broken and ripped up, the staff i found rude and unaccomidating, my feet turned black from the carpet from the shower to the bed. the toilet backed up and they handed me a filthy plunger and made me do it myself.

The stay was an overnight stay between flights. It was close to the airport, reasonable in cost, had a 24 hour airport shuttle service and wasn't noisy. Staff were very friendly.

The airport shuttle service came with a cost (reasonable) which was not advertised and we were not aware of.

The staff was bad

They took a $50 deposit. Stated that I would get it back after the stay. Called them 5 days later they said they would look into it. Was only there for 4.5 hours so I could go to the airport.

I wasn't able to stay there because price I was going to pay was "too low" don't stay here and don't book though this app because the price on the website is too low for this shady hitel

The people at this facility are kind, empathetic and work hard to make our team feel welcome.

I wish we could plug our hdmi input into the TV for group viewing.

Easy access

Was not well maintained. Lamps were loose on the walls, holes in the carpet. Advertised check in was 2PM, when we arrived a hand written sign stated check in was 3pm. The continental breakfast closed at 9am, I thought the advertised time said 10am.

I knew the location when I got to Oklahoma City.

The room smelled horrible. The check in time was 3pm and we got there at 1:30pm to see a concert that started at 3pm. I asked if we could check in early and the front desk lady told me that check in is at 3pm and she didnt have any rooms ready.

30 minutes after arrival my son and I went to the pool. Where we were accosted by a person selling meth. We went back to pack and leave. I demanded a refund. In was told priceline would have to refund. While on the phone with priceline another drug deal happened. Price line gave me the run around also. I will never use price line or stay at this place again

The Desk Staff Ari was friendly, helpful and knew our needs related to my reason for traveling....a Convention. We stayed two addtional nights at our Priceline discounted rate.

This hotel satisfied our needs. It must be nice in the summer when pool is used.

The tub was stained or dirty. The corners in the bathroom were dirty. The location was good just east of the airport. On further east is lots of shopping and restuarants.

I had to use my card to make a $50 deposit on the room. Never had to do that before. The desk attendant did not inspire confidence that my card would not be used for something else. Also my money is held for 2-4 days once they put it back on my card.

The location was where I wanted 2 be & the breakfast was decent....

It wasn't even close 2 being as nice as the last 2 1/2 star hotel I rented through Priceline....

It was in a nice area, comfortable beds & loved the bar soap. Lotion, shampoo & conditioner.

Friendly staff and clean room.

The Valero store down from it creepy and had bongs all in it.
