Rooms were a good size, great pillows and linens. Breakfast was good with a bit of variety. Staff was very kind and helpful. There was plenty of parking and it was free.

Great staff, courteous and helpful! Rooms are well apointed and clean. Good location for early flights. Good breakfast. Plenty of parking. Close to many restaurants. Also, onky a short drive from OKC downtown.

The front desk people were very nice helpful. The hotel was amazingly clean and beautiful and really close to restaurants and shopping centers

Gentleman working there was courteous. Rooms were clean.

Bar was not stocked or really open. Room was hot upon entering due to ac turned off.

The room was very clean. We had enough space for four people. My kids and I really enjoyed staying there. The location was great and it has a 24hr menu! We had a good times at the pool and will come back again.

The staff were not good. The man with the long hair that was in a pony tail didn¿t understand his job. He couldn¿t stay at the desk with a lobby full of people. They has guest out side at 12:12 with a speaker playing loud music.

The room was very clean and provided basic needs for our stay. Housekeeping cleaned during our stay - which is different from other hotel experiences right now with COVID protocols still in place. This was much appreciated!

Our room was clean, nice, and had everything we needed for us and our kids. No complaints about the room itself!!

The staff situation was extremely bizarre. The young man who check us in and the young lady who check us out were both very sweet and pleasant but literally every other employee we encountered was uncomfortable. There was a guy there when we checked in that had a hoodie, jeans, and ballcap on who I had no clue was an employee. I was very nervous while checking in because he came and stood to the side of the counter, near the unattended register and hovered for a moment with his hands hiding in his hoodie; I legitimately got worried he may be about to rob it. Then without doing anything or saying a word, he walked away. I only realized he was an employee when I saw him hovering again in the lobby at breakfast and talking to another staff member. Our whole group thought his attire was bizarre, but then we noticed other employees the next days also dressed in ways where we had no idea they were staff. One of the housekeepers was in short-shorts, a guy tending the front desk was in a golf shirt with shorts who we thought was a vacationer, etc. The breakfast plates were also covered in brown residue that came off when scratched but we had to clean them ourselves bc they took the dirty ones we separated and put them right back in the stack both days. The breakfast was also disappointing; a sign in the room boasted of bacon, yogurt, and fresh cut fruit but we never saw any of those items. Mostly missing spots with some sausage, eggs, and whole apples. It wasn’t terrible but was definitely lacking in options and service. Also, the bar and breakfast area does not have enough seating and it’s crammed into the lobby area so hotel check out during breakfast all being squished together is a little uncomfortable.

Hotel was comfortable and a great value. Centrally located with other food options in the within 300yards. Breakfast was great and the bar in the evening was nice
