Pros +
- The two male owners are being removed by Marriott corporate due to their mistreatment of guests and employees
- Location
- Great location.
Cons -
- PATEL IS A DANGER TO HIS GUESTS
- Hot water was actually cold. Layout of room was poorly designed. Not comfortable bed. It gave me backache.
- The biggest disappointment was that the bar downstairs was closed when we arrived. It was a Friday night, so the bar should be open, minimally, until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. It was closed before 10pm on the Friday night that we were there.

Great location.

Great location, clean facilities and very nice staff members! The elevators worked well and didn?t sound like I was going to get stuck. It?s also a very pet friendly hotel with little treats and things for your dogs
Breakfast options were a bit pricy
I loved how modern this hotel was! The room was stellar, clean, & beds were super comfy. Lobby, amenities, & staff were FIVE STAR! It was perfect for those visiting Oklahoma City that want to be walking distance to everything!
The bed was very comfortable.
The front desk staff was not always the friendliest. The got an attitude when asking about the possibility of checking in early. Very rude.
Dog friendly and parking is close and secure. Room bed comfortable
One lady in front desk was rude - only one.
Dogs are welcome - hot coco and water available. Super awesome.
Microwave in room needed
They allowed dogs
Bathroom door didnt move/ work at all. Thermostat was set to 86 and when we turned it down it barely budged so we tried to turn it to a/c and it continued to blow hot air out.
The staff is super friendly, and very dog friendly. I like the modern style of this hotel.
I wouldnt mind if there was a year-round Jacuzzi and pool.
Great location, very comfortable bed, overall cleanliness throughout and the covered parking garage was a bonus form the freezing rain
$20 a day for parking seemed a bit high, but was probably the average for a larger city.
Great look, room design great!
Surprised hotel was functioning with only a skeleton crew. Pet floor should have the carpet removed. Phone didn¿t work. Lack of security for the cars was an issue.
Nice rooms, hot showers and bar downstairs.
Homeless man roaming halls and yelling at random people. He tried to get on elevator with me. Tear in carpet on disability ramp, which is a hazard for some. Front desk unattended for long periods of time. We had about 10 key cards because they never work.
The location was safe and perfect little dog park out back. Best place to stay in Brick town.
No microwave in the room but a fridge.
This hotel is great for a one night trip and also it accommodates animals without a fee.
Usually we love this hotel but, Wednesday the air conditioning was not working in the downstairs and the hallway so it was scorching hot. The room that we had smelled like mildew the whole time, the room was clean but the smell was very strong.
The decor
No air conditioning in entire lobby, common spaces and bar. Staff did not care. Said wasn¿t their problem. Wouldn¿t accommodate our group to use common spaces on top floor with air conditioning. Of the entire bachelorette party the hotel was the worst par
Rooms are very spacious and the location was perfect. It allowed you to walk a lot of locations for eating, drinking, and entertainment.
We¿re put on the 2nd floor. We found out when we checked out that it was the pet floor. There was barking issues and a lot of shedding on the hallway carpet and some in our room. If staying there without a pet, request other floors.
PET FRIENDLY and pets stay free! very nice staff, great smell of the lobby, big room with contemporary interior, comfy stay.
First room had a horrific smell coming from the shower drain. After running the water we noticed the drain was clogged and the water was foaming. We had our room changed. The next room was smaller still had a gross smell in the shower. Breakfast: a joke
Location
Dirty, limited amenities for $---/night, no balcony, no jetted tub, no hot tub...should have stayed in a super 8.
