OK Hotel

The morning staff very blessed My toilet doesn't work, my room doesn't have a microwave and the evening staff is rude

I didn't know my room wouldn't have a microwave and the stool has plumbing issues

There was a dead mice in the hallway in front of my door. I opened the door and walked out demanding a refund. Still haven't gotten it yet. I took pictures and everything

Nasty smell bad dirty looking sheets dirty walls just horrible

Toss up between the cracked, moldy, empty pool that's been empty for at least a year and the 240 grit bed sheets that actually exfoliated my skin and all the mold in the shower. Or just all the boarded up building around the place. Your Pic.

This place is a dump. Run down almost beyond repair. Stayed here to be close to the zoo and Lincoln Park Golf and is said to be on the boarder of the Adventure District!!! Beware, run don't walk away from this place.

Dirty, smells. Rough area. Saw people fighting and creating chaos. Very disturbing

The hotel iron was not working in the room. Some of the outlets in the room were not working. The breakfast was cold for hot items.

The location was convenient.

the place needed attention,room was very musty,the heads was worn out,BED BUGS!my dad has whelps all over his body..big hole in the floor,,on the ground floor? Just covered with carpet. Staff was not helpful

We liked being close to the ice machine and enjoyed the patio.

The bed was mediocre at best, there were holes in the curtains and the bathroom could have been cleaner.

It was 96 degrees and we booked the room 2 weeks before, yet the air conditioner was off when we got there. It NEVER caught up! The motel was VERY rundown!!! Extremely HOT hallways!! Not a completely horrible experience, but would not stay here again.

I would most definitely come back and also referr someone. Service was great, staff was great...i also liked how the manager did his best to accommodate my needs, we had just been evicted from home and he worked with is well far as payments...Rhank you

Pool wasn't open but that was due to weather

Pool broken...one of the main reasons we chose this one. Room dingy. Woke up in the morning and something had bitten the back of my calf through the night. About 20 bites, big red swollen. Still red and purple almost a week later.

If you are not picky it was fine. Clean, quiet with a comfortable bed and that was on a Saturday night.

The room was spacious and had a couch and chair. Very cozy.

Fridge didn't work well.

Will never stay here again and will advise others against it. The worst hotel I've ever dealt with.
