Nothing specific. The hotel was in transition to a new brand name.

I decided to pay cash, and asked for receipt, but the young receptionist refused to do that and asked me to wait till tomorrow. But, I insisted I would need the receipt specially since I paid cash. She got upset and slammed the receipt on the counter.

Easy convenient location. New ownership & renovation you can tell. It was a pleasant surprise!! Great value great night sleep. Perfect area to get my dog some exercise. Pet friendly! Did not smell bad at all, new floors made a huge difference!

Noise from freeway- not their fault

    1Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 7-13-2021

They didn¿t have a continental breakfast like advertised and the pool wasn¿t open when they said it would be there was always a reasons that the didn¿t have breakfast or the pool open

    Location and rate

It is a cheap one night hotel.

    4Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 6-24-2021

Hotel was more like a level 2 at best! No coffee maker in room, no iron, only two towels, no shampoo conditioner; at the continental breakfast, no juice, no fruit and very limited choices! This is not what I expect from a 2 1/2 rated hotel!

See above information for the things that I was not satisfied with at this hotel!

I had to stand in a pool of water to take a shower because the tub would not drain and the rest of the room was really kind of dirty and tacky

    It was not very clean

    6Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 3-23-2021

The staff was nice, the rooms were a good size, the beds were comfortable and the microwave and refrigerator were nice additions.

The evening I checked in their key system was not working and I was not able to receive a key card for the night. I did not receive one until I asked again for one at breakfast. Breakfast was meager with only 2 cereals available, honey buns and coffee.

The thought of getting a deal was good. What I actually got was a dirty room and rude staff. The owner was degrading me trying to pick a fight I guess because I wanted to bring these problems to them, head housekeeper came in and kissed him on the lips!

Gun shots and tires screeching last night. It's close to Frontier City but damn it's not worth my life and well being to save a few bucks to stay here. Pillow were just pillow cases nothing actually inside them. I saw 3 cockroaches in the room.

    1Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 3-21-2021

Bugs in the bed woke up itching all over. I've had bed bugs before and it was just like this. Lights didn't work in the room, the remote didn't so I had to get up each time to adjust the channel or volume. Hair on the bathroom floor. Horrible experience.

    1Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 3-21-2021

Maggots in the bed. I am mortified. How nasty. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!! The cheap price is not worth it.

Maggots inside the bed. How does that even happen so nasty and gross. Dirty wet towels in the tub. Trash outside everywhere. Checked right out. Staff didn't even apologize or offer another room just kept interrupting me while I was trying to explain.

    1Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 1-21-2021

Not much to like. Front desk was very unfriendly had issues with my keys not working when I went back and made me stand there while she took care of somebody else and then reluctantly redid my keys went back to the room and only one of them worked.

Room was very dirty and smelled like smoke very unfriendly not a very personable place to stay

The gentleman who helped me during my checkin was very kind. However, the lady who I spoke with on the phone was very rude. She laughed at me over the phone and had no customer service.

It's location and it was quiet

Beds were a little bit hard and uncomfortable

    7Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 9-8-2020

The staff was friendly. Facility was quite.

It advertised Two Queen beds but it was Two Double beds.

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 1-6-2020

the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room is an average hotel room. It was clean and comfortable.

I would have booked for a week but there rules would have required me to be upstairs on the second floor and I wanted a ground floor room.

Convenient to access to I-35 and I-44. Parking lot is large enough for semi- truck and RV.

Need more electrical outlets in the room. Toilet needs to be higher for older people.

The only plug in was the bathroom, you could take your laptop and set on the toilet to conduct business or to make a cell call while charging. Front desk told me to move the king bed and there might be a plug in behind it. Rooms were very outdated and the
